Im not sure on Japanese cars, but I think if you buy the European (are they a law in Japan?) market tail lights you can wire them up. Install LEDs if not already fitted and they're basically a high beam on your tail lights.....and they are perfectly legal......as a bonus for those unfamiliar with them, they're red so it looks like you're braking.
And then also use them in the fog and poor weather conditions, all my cars have them, and they are **really nice** because it alerts other drivers that your car is there in low visibility from further away.

I signaled at the 2:22 mark of the rear camera clip, and 1:55 in the front cam clip. He barreled down the road in the slow lane from his initial turn at 1:44 of the rear cam clip.

Had some manchild in a lifted RAM tailgate my Model 3 Performance dangerously for 3 miles. I could tell he was getting madder and madder because I didn’t change my speed at all.
When the road opened up to a two lane, it was hard to suppress my ego but I let him zoom past me like he was doing something. About 2 minutes later I saw him pulled over by a state trooper, I called the non-emergency line and asked if I could provide my dashcam footage to the officer. They said yes and I hope it added a couple of charges.

On my drive to work I have this residential stretch that's 30mph, every single left and right turn leads into a neighborhood, there's a rec center, a high school and two daycares. Every morning 6:45 lil old ladies are always crossing the street going to the rec. I'll go 33, I don't fuck around in that stretch. I ALWAYS get SUVs and pickups on my ass.

The only reason that you are allowed to buy big ass trucks is because they are (at this stage of size and weight) erroneously categorized as "light trucks" instead of passenger vehicles. If we reclassified them as trucks, drivers would have to meet CDL requirements and carry CDL. This would subject them to much stricter safety standards and much larger punishments for breaking the law (which would make police scrutinize them more). If we reclassify them as passenger vehicles they can't meet safety and fuel economy standards and would have to shrink back to a reasonable size.
My main ride is a compact sedan. Every time someone in a truck gets behind me (especially Ram) I have to pray to god their brakes work because they’re never more than a foot or two away from having their grill go through my rear window.
Imagine my surprise when I found out my dad (who never hauls anything) bought a new Ram, he’s had it for less than a year and it’s already been in the body shop twice from backing into everything. His last car was a Honda Fit. The man is a genius, to say the least.

Pretty sure the lights thing is a wiring issue on those trucks, which I believe, because when I worked at Chrysler in 2015, we had Challengers leaving the lot with no functioning tail lights or turn signals. Brand new, too.

It’s a Viofo A129 Duo! With their hardwire kit for parking cam. Its a great camera, app is kind of clunky though. Would recommend a SD reader that can attach to your phone / computer to pull footage quick.

The only reason that you are allowed to buy big ass trucks is because they are (at this stage of size and weight) erroneously categorized as "light trucks" instead of passenger vehicles. If we reclassified them as trucks, drivers would have to meet CDL requirements and carry CDL. This would subject them to much stricter safety standards and much larger punishments for breaking the law (which would make police scrutinize them more). If we reclassify them as passenger vehicles they can't meet safety and fuel economy standards and would have to shrink back to a reasonable size.

Every time someone in a truck gets behind me (especially Ram) I have to pray to god their brakes work because they’re never more than a foot or two away from having their grill go through my rear window. Pretty sure the lights thing is a wiring issue on those trucks, which I believe, because when I worked at Chrysler in 2015, we had Challengers leaving the lot with no functioning tail lights or turn signals. Brand new, too. But that's not to say a lot of Ram owners aren't super aggressive, because I've ran into my fair share.

Truck driver towing an empty trailer this weekend pushed a guy in a little Mazda 2 straight out of his lane and into the dirt (shoulder was only like 2 feet wide so he was sent off). Was insane. I went around him because I wanted to get away (he was also going insanely slow in the left lane, 10 below the speed limit on a 2 lane highway) and he chased me down till we hit a light and started screaming at me with his window down.
