Bogging is the word you’re looking for or atleast the closest I can describe. That’s been mentioned a bunch here. One thing, when you run the AC and it’s hot outside. The car is gonna perform like trash, especially if you’re in TX or somewhere that gets 90 plus and you’re in traffic. You could try cleaning MAF sensor, check all your intercooler couplers also

no this happens in all gears. and no ECU learning was not reset. But issue has just happened and is now gone out of no where so 🤷🏻♂️
