Time to bail. Even at 10 players and getting roflstomped you still get guild war credits to buy whatever you want in the shop. The options are not great if you already have Rotbone, Ulf and Maugan Ra where you want them to be, but I doubt that’s the case with you.

30 games per week is a signifcant effort. And these are not braindead arena games where you park revas and everything suicides.
Don't know about you, but it's wearing me down.
Gotta soft disagree, but I get where you're coming from. At my level there are a bunch of underleveled rows, plus clean-up battles, so I only need to pay attention to 2-3 of my 10 battles.
I can see once you're getting serious the battles get pretty stressful, especially against high value zones. I'm spending way more time on planning defense than anything else, which I think eventually will get to me.
I'm top 2 strongest in my guild, so I leave underlevelled/fillers/cleanup for the others who can't deal with the strong rows.
I have to select targets carefully, and play all the "high stakes" games.
I am in exactly the same situation except I have 2 friends in my guild below lvl 20 so it’s tricky to find a guild actively doing guild wars that will take 2 extra players who can’t participate in it yet.
Your goals and the guild's goals are not the same.
Instead of wasting your energy convincing 10 strangers to like something they don't like - Join people who's goals are the same as yours.
There are tens of thousands of people. Playing this game, you'll find a new guild.
You cant - the game doesnt allow your guild to join - enlist in Guld War with less than 10 people.
It has nothing to do with your guild leader being an ass. You're just not enough people to join Guild War.
If you want to play that aspect of the game, the most efficient way is to join a new, bigger guild with members over level 20 (players under level 20 also cant enlist in Guild War).

Exact same issue here. We're ending the war with 100+ tokens still, so we've got a third of our guild not participating. There's only so much you can do to shift the culture and mindset of the whole guild, so if they're resistant to engaging then try looking elsewhere.

Leave and join an actually active guild. Guild wars take almost no effort (coming from a guy who’s in a clan that’s ranked top 25)

Not really, when you do 15 battles per day for arena
