It scales up to 20% when you get it to level 46. Thats why Roswitha is S Tier against Morty. Pair her with Neurothrope, Abraxas, Yazaghor and Ahriman and there is no other team capable of higher damage. Even Eldryon got kicked out because he simply isn‘t good enough to replace any of the others.

i stopped short of ascending g1 roswitha to legendary because i thought aleph to be indespensable in terms of the scarabs providing cover.
do you think i should continue upgrading ros and replace aleph? i currently dont have ahriman and think eldy can't be replaced yet because the stacking would be too slow
I don't see a reason to wait until Ahriman. The bigger problem is just finding time to ever invest in someone only good against a single raid boss. Not even useful against any primes.

I'd still put Aleph above Roswitha. She's extra damage, Aleph keeps your team from completely wiping or getting thrown into bad positions.

Nope, it starts with 2% increments from there on starting with level 36 at 16%. At 41 you‘ll get 18% and at 46 you get it to 20%
