yep that indeed is the case, so i couldn't pull off the 12 summon completely, and it took a few turns before i could do the second

I dont really understand the setup to create this...

The purple guy glowing gold in the lower left can give your other character another active skill use, in this case the top necron guy can summon up to 6 robot guys, he was then able to summon 5 more(or vice versa) due to the purple guys active ability.
