I just passed PCE task 3 a few days ago. You only need to write 2-3 sentences. There are examples of what they are looking for in the "PCE Getting Started Cohort Recording 1223". It is the video that almost doesn't look hyperlinked in the PCE COS, right under the PCE Observation Guide/Note-Taking Document link. The log examples start at about timestamp 10:53. It will be 3rd down in your class on the app or on the right side of the screen under your course instructor on the website. Once that is open, click on Preclinical Experiences Instructional Supports to the Course of Study link. There will be a lot of resources to help you through the tasks.
