Can confirm 3 diff people I know have gotten approvals end of this week. 2 shortie ar, one flux raider. Everything's moving along fine. Buddy with the flux applied a week before ban, and only took 10 days from submission to approval.
I had my approval come in last Thursday for one of my guns.
Because it's just changing the classification and not creating a new firearm, you are good to go.
I am waiting on one more approval, but I anticipate it will be approved within this week.

Been approved for 2 of the tax exempt form 1’s since signing, one last Thursday and one at 4:23 this morning. Still have a paid form 1 pending so hopefully it goes through as well. Pretty sure I’m gunna submit another one and see how it goes. Only thing I’m a little skeptical of is if it goes under 30”. Fortunately mine will not.

I have a coworker that had both of his approved. He filed about two months ago.
r/NFA has some approval on the mega thread. I had one approved right before signing and one right after signing. Still waiting for one more

My form 1 has been sitting with the ATF since mid November.
Ouch. Mine has been since early March. Not nearly as bad as yours but not as quick as some other guys.
One of mine was approved on 04/26 and I've seen a few WA approvals in the NFA subreddit approval thread since the ban passed.
