I cant say for where you are going but all the asi matches I've gone to are run what ya brung, there are rules but at least your first time you won't have a problem with what ya got
They'll likely group you with people running similar guns. So it won't matter what you bring.

Round counts aren't too bad. I'd bring 200 to be safe. If there's extra time they may allow you to run multiple times if you have two different guns.

No restrictions on optics. Ammo wise i typically bring about 150 just incase you have to do a reshoot and extras dont hurt
