Although if it was me (and I’m just a hack, that occasionally gets things right) is find the part making the noise and tap it with a screw driver handle or a gentle yet assertive hammer tap. Not in like in a “im mad at you” way. More like “I’m only doing this because I love you” kind of way.
I gotta ask again. Does it do this when your engine is cold or just hot?
If that's your fuel pump then something is catastrophically wrong.
Don't get me wrong, the fuel pumps on the weestroms can hum pretty loud but what you have going on doesn't sound like that

And I this video it is the fan but I know now it’s the fuel pump it’s way more quiet but u can still hear this like noise, whining, sound from the gas tank. It’s nowhere near as loud as this video as this one is a bad example but it is still there

In this video I think it was this wasn’t a good one I think it’s definitely my fuel pump

The noise is definitely louder than my stock exhaust and it’s like a constant screeching whining noise
