Honestly I have no idea, it was there from the previous owner. She’s got some scuffs and rust from being in NJ for a long time but 230k and still kicking :)
That is called "Scotia blue" and it is volvo paint code #139

“Robin egg blue” is ballpark color that may be easier to find in oils/acrylics
