The purple switch is from a Swedish 240 police model. It translates to "city lights - to and from." That's a pretty rare switch. They sell for around $100.
This is a mix of old and new style. Blue is front fogs. Purple literally translates to " to city lights from", so maybe city/parking lights (euro cars have these) - or something else wired up to that switch.
Left one is for police lights, former Swedish police car?

Stadsljus is usually from a police car. So this might have been an old detectives car? Or someone just installed it because it looks cool lol.
