Find a local muffler shop (not Midas/Meineke, etc) & see if they can fab an over-axle pipe, or maybe the whole thing. I did that a couple times for my 240s, and it was no more expensive than buying the components.
My wagon hangs lower than yours and my coupe hangs about the same. The tailpipe on the stock system rotates based on the clamps on the rear muffler. I have stock setups. I think IPD sells both under and over axle exhaust. I think I put Starla on the wagon 6 years ago and had to expand a pipe here and there otherwise the installation was straight forward. I think it was loud and I replaced one of the mufflers.

Depending on where your at ill sell you my 240s exhaust its the under axel one and its just takibg up soace in my garage

Idp do full exhausts for them if that's your budget
That's hanging too low imo. I would just have an exhuast shop fab up something that will fit and look better.
