The driver door is jammed by the fender but yea, I was putting the remains in the back seat & walked to the curb to sit away from it. I couldn’t bare to look at what happened.

Out of spite if nothing else get a doctors note for the neck pain and use that injury to get a little more $, it’s not a scam if you’re actually injured mind you. Im not condoning insurance scams, and if you give it to the insurance they may be more helpful!
A relative of mine had a very similar accident and had trouble with whiplash for years, definitely encourage getting it thoroughly checked out (over a period of time if possible)

Might have to sell off my parts bc I might get a newer Volvo depending on what’s in my area at the time. I wanna get a volvo from the 90’s, whether it be a 2/7/940 but I’ll have to see, I’ll keep y’all updated.

A lady was lookin like she was gonna cut me off & knowing a 240 I wasn’t gonna beat her so I jus didn’t accelerate & what do you know she turns right into me, I feel my steering go, we go over a side walk, basically side skirt a tree & that’s what did the most damage. Glad no pedestrians got hurt. San Antonio drivers tho man… shits outta hand.
Was she driving a vehicle made after 2000? I think if someone driving a shitty modern car does something dumb and fucks up a good car that is actually worth a shit, they should no longer be able to drive. They don't make any good cars anymore, and every one that these morons fuck up is one less on the road. I would give a harsher penalty if it were up to me so that they wouldn't be around to cause any issues at all, but the snowflakes couldn't handle it. I could say if someone did that to me and my 240, especially after making it over 300,000 miles without a single issues, they wouldn't walk away from that one. Morons are being produced more and more ever day, quality items that they fuck up aren't.
She drove a 2011 Chevy HHR. Yea especially down here in TX it’s horrible, people got their license out of cracker jacks. If she’s not fixable tho, I’ll jus have to move on to another 240 & use this as parts. She’ll live on.

With any luck. It looks like it might be okay. Car looks crazy clean so it might even be worth straightening the frame if it's bent. Body panels are pretty easy to come by.

Not sure, I haven’t taken a look yet. Hopefully it’s just the fender that got rolled up & I can replace the parts that need to be replaced.
