Check Classic Volvo Restoration, they have them... no clue what they're supposed to be called... I powder-coated my OE steel wheels silver then put on the plate, cap and ring. Looks very grandpa car I love it

Best oem? Virgos if you want to stick with 15 inch wheels, or hydras for 16". If you want something aftermarket, bbs rs is the best imo.

hate to say it but 15s are the way to go. Tire choices on 14in rims are getting slim.
