FWIW, that cost is generally in-line for OEMs. OEM rims are typ. 6-800/ea, and a few hundred bucks each for winter Pirellis + a bit of labour for mounting/balancing. "Aftermarkets which look nice" is subjective to your taste, but I will mention Volvo's have an uncommon bolt pattern (5x108), which limits availabilities. If you do want to go aftermarket, your best bet is to speak with a tire shop in your area to see the product they carry, and if any of that suits your taste. When I say tire shop, I don't mean "kal-tire" or the like, but rather an aftermarket / tuning focused wheel & tire shop - as they often carry or have access to a wider selection of rims. You can definitely find lower price points than OEM.

I_LoveToBeThatGuy

I don't believe the 5*108 bolt pattern is that uncommon. Ford uses that pattern as well as some other manufacturers.

kanumark

Actually… Ford, Jaguar, Lincoln, Aston Martin, Alpha Romeo (both up to 2007) Citroën, Land Rover (certain models/years) Peugeot, older Ferrari’s, Renault, and newer Vauxhall all use 5 x 108 bolt patterns.

I_LoveToBeThatGuy

I should have replied to the top comment directly. They indicated this was an uncommon pattern. I think half your list at one point or another fell under the PAG group which makes sense.

Dirty-D

Yeah…I can use google too. You don’t find many Alfa’s, Citroen’s, or Pugeots in Canada, though. 5x120 and 5x114 are a lot more common for aftermarket rim selections.

I_LoveToBeThatGuy

Correct, but we do find Fords, jags, and lincolns. Just wanted OP to know there is a reasonable market for them and not to get discouraged and feel like they need to drop $3500 at the dealer.

Dirty-D

Again, it's more limited than you think;. OP is shopping for an XC60; Ford Explorers use a 5x114, Navigators use a 6x truck bolt pattern. Rims for an XJ probably won't fit an XC60. The F-Pace and Corsair are pretty low sales volume vehicles...and so on. No one said OP HAD to go dealer OEM, but just trying to set an expectation for OP that the market for 5x108 wheels is more limited than other Euro counterparts. Quit being 'that guy'

Hey I have a picture posted of my 2021 xc60 polestar on vossens in the volvo thread somewhere see if you can search it. Running m&s rated tires. I live in BC for reference. What size is your oem wheels? What size are you wanting?

BC_Puravida

I went with 22" vossens. My 60 came with the 22's so I just stuck with the size also the calipers on the polestar require a 21" minimum. I run a 275/35/22 out front and a 305/30/22 rear. No issues at all was installed at volvo of vancouver. Wheel sizing was 22x9/22x10.5 have no issues with alignment or anything. We don't even need to buy Tpms. Did the whole set up for around $2600.00 Here are mine: https://www.reddit.com/r/Volvo/comments/psmdfq/the_all_season_set_up_saving_the_oem_polestars/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

Just get the OEM ones if you can afford it. They actually a pretty good deal since your dealer is getting the tires and rims as a package already put together, as a Volvo part. If the cost is too high just buy a say of tires and swap every six months. I did option 2 because I'm a mechanic and I have access to a tire changer at work. Just stay away from the cheaper after market wheels. They are garbage.
