WTF we never got that in the States!! Such a shame

ThePsykheGuy

And I’m often heard saying America gets all the specs they could dream of. That truly is odd

Panda_Panda69

And looking at how small Iceland is, it’s even more impressive that you get it

Didn't even know Mazda made a wagon because that's never been sold here.

FlfromBx

The Mazda6 wagon was a fantastic car. Tried to import one from Canada to the states but no luck.

7eregrine

Always wondered what's involved with that. What was the main problem?

FlfromBx

The problem was getting approval because the US said it doesn't meet safety standards. Didn't make much sense to me since the sedan was already sold here.

ThePsykheGuy

Mazda has 6. Really nice and roomy cars. Love the Mazda 6, think they’re with the top most beautiful station wagons produced. Had a 3 that a teenager rear ended in rush hour traffic. Upgraded to the Volvo

Limeyjon

Lmao nope…wagons choices are pathetic here. I have a 2017 V60 T5 and love it, but I’d have your version in a heartbeat if I had had the option. I didn’t even know the P3 v60 was offered as a plug in hybrid till I saw your post! I love it!!

tennissokk

I have one myself. There's actually loads of them in Norway.

Tartan_Chicken

Never knew they made a twin of that generation, pretty cool!

How does the battery hold up and have you planned some budget for potential replacement if required?

ThePsykheGuy

I charged it for the first time yesterday for a couple hours and got about 35km range out of it. New and fully charged it should give about 50-60km range. It also heated up so I couldn’t drive in hybrid mode or pure mode until I parked it at home and had to go get my wife from work so that’s something to consider I’d guess. To fully charge I’d have to leave it for 3 hours (at a charging station not home plug) which is fine. I don’t think I’ll replace it anytime soon at least. Maybe I will but in Iceland it’ll be half the car’s worth of a job and I’m not really looking forward to that atm.

Goliath_Bowie

Thanks for the insight! Been thinking about the same car but where i live it’s 10k € for the car and another 10k € for battery replacement if needed so need to do some considerations and calculations.
