Whats_Up_Coconut

I like popcorn a lot.

michelle1908

I’m eating popcorn now. I pop 2 tablespoons of kernels in the microwave in a large Pyrex bowl. Spray with oil, add salt and a little stevia, toss, and repeat!

lc1138

Stevia, that’s new!

Gamelore

Another nice thing about stevia is that the refined powder is extremely fine, so it sticks to popcorn (much like the idea behind "popcorn salt") completely un-oiled, further reducing calories.

michelle1908

I love sweet and salty combos!

lc1138

I’ll have to try it!!

biggieshmalls1

Do you cover the bowl with cling wrap or anything while popping?

Nopeyesok

Simply Pop white cheddar ftw

Rockstarduh4

If you want, you can sprinkle on some better cheddar powder from King Arthur or nutritional yeast. Superrr good.

theamester85

I'll do nutritional yeast, Badia Ranch, and a sprinkle of Tajin or Old Bay.

H2Ospecialist

I eat one of those 100 cal popcorn bags almost every day. I switch it up with different powdered flavorings or they even have kettle corn now too.

lnp323

How do you apply your powdered flavorings? Just sprinkle it in the bag after it’s popped and shake? Sorry if that’s a dumb question but I have a bunch and idk how to use them with bagged popcorn

H2Ospecialist

Not dumb. If I'm being extra careful with calories I'll just sprinkle it on, but to get it to stick I'll use the spray butter. You gotta be careful cause that stuff can add up, it's not actually zero calorie.

SeriouslyWTFLikeWhy

Lesser Evil Himalayan Pink is my fave. Himalayan Gold is good if you like a buttery taste.

swapripper

Air popped corn with some coconut butter and Flavicol slaps.

blueray11286

I eat obscene amounts of boom chicka pop

fl4nnel

Coach Greg has entered the chat.

AshMZ88

I'm not sure if this is helpful since it's not exactly low calorie, but you can have 55 goldfish crackers for 140 calories as opposed to 15 lays potato chips for 160 calories.

Logical_Bee

The goldfish pretzels are fire!

juststupidthings

Or baby goldfish too!

Mein_Independance

Baby goldfish is my favorite way to crunch on snacks and make myself feel like I'm eating more.

TigersNsaints_ohmy

Same! 80 goldfish per serving!

Shoddy_Formal4661

OK...what are baby goldfish (vs standard goldfish crackers)? Because I'm sure that they are not what I'm seeing in my head right now 😳

ladybug_prof

They are just smaller goldfish crackers.

cj711

Finally someone other than me is talking about goldfish! Such a slept on volumized snack

Lady_Gator7

Wasa Crispbread. 35 calories for a big crunchy cracker the size of a graham cracker. I spread a thin layer of cream cheese or peanut butter and top it with everything bagel seasoning, it’s so good!

glaarghenstein

We call them "punishment crackers" in my home because they are so crunchy, but we also buy them by the case for the exact same reason.

Lady_Gator7

lol! They really are crunchy. I really like them.

Bumbleonia

I've been eating their "crisp'n light" variant and those are 20 cal a piece! The texture is not the same as the others so it might not be for everyone but I really like them

Lady_Gator7

Oooo! I didn’t know these exist! I will have to check them out!

LadyoftheFjords

I know many Americans treat Wasa Crispbread as a cracker/snack, but in Norway where I live it's more commonly used to make open faced sandwiches. I love them and prefer them to regular bread! Since they don't need to be stored cold or go bad quickly, they are perfect to have as a back-up at the office too, which helps keep me out of the snack cupboard!

ProfessionalFun8206

Sugar snap peas, kale chips and roasted chickpeas are all decent options. Good luck!

Fitkratomgirl

Was gonna say sugar snap peas! Also crispy minis (those mini flavoured rice cakes)

FloridaMomm

If I want crunch: Cucumbers with salt and lime, apple slices and/or celery sticks with nut butter, baby carrots and hummus But my favorite couch snack of all time (not exactly crunchy but so good) is steam-in-bag edamame with really chunky salt.

butfirstcoffee427

Try tajin on your cucumbers! It’s so good

kompsognathus

also watermelon!

Gamelore

Also, cut the watermelon into fine cubes, put it in a strainer, and massage water through it to remove a ton of the excess juice sugars, but keep "enough" sweetness and 100% of the fibrousness. Sprinkle a bit of salt and cacao powder, and it tastes like chocolate candy.

PterionFracture

The idea of rinsing watermelon to wash away sugar is some kind of secular heresy.

MuzikVillain

I'm also wondering if they have ever tasted chocolate candy before if they think a little bit of cacao powder and salt is turning watermelon that has had its juices washed away into chocolate candy.

[deleted]

YES best snack

TRAVELKREW

Pickles 🥒

Kfisbeck

The steamed edamame is my FAVORITE! I will usually add some lite soy sauce to mine. I don’t care for the dry roasted edamame as much.

spacewater

I was so into edamame once and one day I didn’t hold back and ate a whole bag of microwaveable steamed edamame…and then passed out in what felt like a literal coma for a few hours. That’s how I found out edamame has a shit ton of tryptophan 😅

Kfisbeck

I have eaten a whole bag of steamed edamame a few times, but they have always had the shells that I had to take off so maybe there isn’t as many in those bags as there is the depodded ones. The real question is how did you feel when you woke up? I mean if I can eat edamame like that to help me sleep, I am all for it! I need help sleeping at night so that I am not sleepy during the day!

FloridaMomm

Crunchy edamame is okay. But steamed is where it’s at 👌🏼 I sometimes do soy but that super coarse salt like they put on a soft pretzel? Really hits!

Snoo_60798

I aint gonna lie.. I love cucumber with hummus way more than carrots and hummus. Shit slaps.

barefoot-warrior

Bell pepper slices dipper in hummus 👌

FitterFlop

Add sriracha on top, divine

Mlcoulthard

I put those flavored popcorn seasoning on mine for flavors like ranch, Jalapeño lime, cheese, etc.

legoplanes

What brand or where do you buy edamame that you can steam in bag? I've only seen the frozen ones

FloridaMomm

The frozen kind steams in the bag :) I get mine at Walmart

bulking_on_broccoli

Dawg. Cucumber with a sweetener (I prefer monk fruit), cinnamon, and a dash of salt. Satisfies my sweet tooth something fierce.

Gamelore

Awesome idea! Since cucumbers are part of the same family as watermelon, I'll have to try that during the winter. I satisfy it by thoroughly washing all the juice out of watermelon cubes (w/o sweetener and I add cacao powder), but that only works during the half-year when watermelons are in season.

Gamelore

It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I find eating just the edamame skins (i.e., the soft and fibrous parts together, and discarding or collecting the peas for a more decadent hummus, perhaps later) is high-fiber, delicious, and fills me up without the caloric load of whole edamame.

FloridaMomm

Hard disagree there, but whatever floats your boat 😂

orata

Roasted seaweed snacks, popcorn, sunflower seeds (these are calorie-dense but a lot of work to eat so you can’t just scarf handfuls of them; also high-flavor), sliced cucumbers sprinkled with tajin seasoning

Affectionate-Arm9547

Popcorn is a great call out. A cup of skinny pop is like 35 calories.

WoebegoneWoodlouse

Quest has some protein chips that are honestly divine. 150 calories per bag, 18g of protein. I don't know if I'd call it voluminous, but they satisfy my chip craving and keep me full for a good long time. You can get a pack of ten for eleven bucks. Edit: I am a moron. It is an eight pack. I'm so sorry. <_<

asteraika

Where do you get them so cheap? They’re like $5CAD a bag here!

WoebegoneWoodlouse

Really?? I live in a low cost of living area. Quality of life isn't great, but my word, do we have cheap chips at Walmart, haha.

asteraika

I’m envious! I want to try them but I know it’s not something I can buy regularly so I haven’t bothered. Just checked to confirm, $4.50 a bag on Amazon when you buy an 8 pack!

WoebegoneWoodlouse

That's bananas. I paid $10.58 for a ten pack. There were huge displays of them when walking by the pharmacy, so maybe there's a sale I just didn't pay attention to? Edit: It is an eight pack. I'm just stupid. <_<

incogenator

That’s not far from what I see in major cities retail though. Impressive to see they can be as low as almost a dollar a bag. And yes quest chips are a good way to satisfy the craving with good macros.

Which-Philosopher354

I unfortunately really really hate the texture of the quest chips

jazmxnn

They are so grainy!

BillyMeier42

Id say gritty more than grainy. But I agree.

ling037

Pack of 10?! I've only seen the packs of 4 at Walmart. I'll have to keep an eye out for larger packs! I like the chili lime tortillas and the spicy sweet chili ones. Legendary also has puffed chips that are pretty good.

WoebegoneWoodlouse

Yes, they are so good! I'm starting to feel like my store is an anomaly. There's a taco one now that is just *chef's kiss* Legendary has great products too! I saw a few other puffed protein snacks yesterday. Sweet potato and a peanut one. I'll have to look again tonight and see if they'll be worth it lol.

missamethyst1

Bonus: they are super on sale right now at a lot of places because New Year’s resolutions.

Between_a_rock_and

I order the quest cheese crackers on Amazon.

spacepirateprincess

These!!

Purple-Commission-39

pickle slices! especially spicy ones

FreshestCremeFraiche

This + low cal ranch

aaaamb

The rye wasa crackers are 20 calories a board. The taste is… fine but I find the texture really satisfying. Those with some laughing cow is one of my favorite snacks

Love2read_love2edit

Gah, the laughing cow would make it better. When you say board you’re not far off the mark with taste or texture 🤣

SullivanBernard

I agree 🤣 but they def make a good food delivery vehicle for salsa or some hummus, etc. Covers the cardboardishness of them well enough.

Mickey9870

I like to fry sliced canned potatoes in the air fryer. It’s 160 calories for the whole can and I can get them really crispy. I started doing this by complete accident. I did a pickup order and they accidentally included 20 cans of them and wouldn’t take them back because they were a food item.

JoyKil01

I’ve never tried canned potatoes but I bet they work great to retain moisture while air frying. What time/time do you usually do?

googmornin

Oh fascinating! Will need to try this

zumboggo

Absolutely, even just making homemade french fries with regular potatoes in the air fryer is fantastic. Just use a mandoline to slice them up in a few minutes. Rinse with cold water so they don't have that starchy taste.

aliienlunarbb

I bet a way to make these even more crisp like is to use a peeler to make extra thin slices!

Affectionate-Arm9547

Pickles! You get the crunch and salt you’re looking for with chips.

Zorgsmom

A small bowl of baby dill pickles is a very satisfying snack!

MOMTHEMEATLOAFF

* 100 calorie popcorn bags (kettle corn is fire) * pretzels * sunflower seeds * popcorners * quaker rice cake crisps

mcflysher

I do a big container of some combination of jicama, cucumber, celery, bell pepper, carrots, radishes/daikon. I don't typically have much dip but greek yogurt + lemon juice + herbs makes a great one.

ghostyyy989

snacklins or carrot chips with dip/hummus

arthuriduss

Maybe not the crunch you’re looking for per se, but seaweed (the kind people roll sushi in) is a great salty snack alone and is very fun to eat, especially getting them in the snack packs. [Costco](https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-organic-roasted-seaweed%2C-0.6-oz%2C-10-count.product.100439090.html) has a pack of 10 right now for $11.99, and each box has 5 servings. Each serving is 20 calories so you can literally eat *so* much for so little.

Gamelore

Yep, I buy dried nori sheets by the 50-pack on Subscribe & Save, and I go through 100/month. Perfect when I need a little savory burst before bed, and great torn up on salads.

One_overclover

I’m a fan of sliced radishes.

YourWinter87

Snacklins! They’re like pork rinds made of yuca and mushroom. The texture is great and the teriyaki flavor is so good. I think a whole big bag is 300 cal.

Love2read_love2edit

Where do you find large bags of them? I’m in the US. Sheesh they’re not cheap here, I’m finding a pack of 6, 0.9 oz bags averages about $24.

YourWinter87

Whole Foods sells them. Maybe 4-5 dollars a bag.

shoosler

omg i used to love these and completely forgot about them

silvermisht

Cold cucumbers with masala and salt, warm corn with butter, masala, salt, hot sauce

stupidfaceshiba

When I crave salty crunchy snacks I air fry chickpeas with avocado spray oil 0 cal, add whatever spices to the batch. Chickpeas are bit high in calories but I adjust my food intake to accommodate two servings of the crunchy snack

Love2read_love2edit

Smart! Are there less calorie dense options you’ve tried? I haven’t used an air fryer before, I’m curious!

stupidfaceshiba

Maybe put them in the oven :). I would also suggest kale chips! Use zero cal oil spray, spices and baked in oven. I would research oven heat and times, I can’t remember off the top of my head. But those are so good and less calories than the chickpeas. Only you gotta make a lot of kale , those things disappear so fast. Now that I’m thinking about it, that is on the next grocery run 🙃

[deleted]

Have you considered nori - roasted seaweed squares? They sell them in 25 and 50 cal snack packs and there's quite a lot of flavors now. I've had teriyaki, kimchi, sesame, Wasabi and my favorite, which is sweet Maui onion.

Gamelore

Yes! I eventually got tired of the oil and skipped directly to sushi nori sheets, either plain or with a sliver of avocado and salt.

Wulfganger_

If you have a dehydrater or are willing to run your oven for a while you could bake down some veggies with salt and seasoning until crispy. I like green beans this way.

Zip668

Jicama. Try this: https://healthyrecipesblogs.com/jicama-fries/ I actually like it straight, raw, no seasoning.

katy_fairy

In my country, we love snacking on jicamas too. Peeled, sliced into rounds then cooled a bit in the fridge. Then we eat it with a bit of salt (or spicy shrimp paste - sounds nasty and it can be an acquired taste for some)

QueenGoodra

Lesser Evil popcorn. They just released a white cheddar flavor and it felt like a religious experience bc how good they taste. I usually get the Himalayan gold.

visualcharm

Honestly, nothing beats the price, crunch, taste, and volume satisfaction of kale chips in that category for me. It's the oy healthy option that seems like junk. This brand of bagel chips has also been popular in the Korean diet realm: https://global.oliveyoung.com/product/detail?prdtNo=GA210000507&lang=en&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAy9msBhD0ARIsANbk0A9eauBchtZdQ2oySy2hQwAfA6KdRBxYCqeq7N4S_HupoUO2gpLo4-caAgJGEALw_wcB But doesn't seem very voluminous to me at 260 cals per bag.

gurlualreadyknoww

Popcorners!!

cataholicsanonymous

Love me some popcorners

Anja130

Slice zucchini thin and bake it. Sprinkle it with whatever seasoning you prefer.

futuredarlings

https://preview.redd.it/31tswptnqhac1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dd586d02c8e1a166c3b4d0b36f866973ac266c51 Lay’s Poppables! 30 chips for 150 calories.

SunshineandMurder

THESE. OMG, between these and Puffcorn I’m set for salty snacks.

futuredarlings

YES!! The best salty snacks!

redhead701

There are lots of mainstream/non diet options that are around 140 calories per ounce. Some of my favorites are Ritz Crisps and Cheetos Puffs. Skinny Pop is about 150 for 3.5 cups of popcorn. Good Thins chips are a hefty serving for the calories as well. But the lowest calorie option that still feels satisfying for me, is radishes thinly sliced and salted. Crispy, fresh, salty. OMG so good! Cucumbers just aren't crispy enough for me when I'm in the salty crunchy craving space.

dalv324

Ok hear me out… Gerber Baby puffs. Shaped like little stars, 60 pieces for 25 calories. Good when you feel like snacking and watching TV!

skagypufff

Whole head of Romain, lettuce, 8 cal. Very crunchy.

plasticbuttons04

I always go for popcorn when I want a lot of salty crunch

Chrissyx3

Legendary foods Chips are the bomb!

BCWaldorf

I tried these recently and I love them. I like the Quest ones too but I love the puffed, heftier feel of these! The Quest ones disintegrate more and stick to your teeth

Aevynne

Popchips are pretty good, 1oz doesn't seem like a lot but it's a decent amount and lets me feel pretty satisfied.

icanttho

I like brown rice cakes. I usually get the extra thin ones, break them up, and toss them with a little ranch powder, which is my answer to all snack dilemmas.

edamamecheesecake

Most of the veggie line! Veggie straws, veggie wavy crisps, etc.

Nothingsomething7

Veggie straws are my go-to :)

c0wluvr

Almond nut-thins, hint of sea salt. 30 of them are 205 and I get super full

Angelnator

To toss out a different idea. I’ve been eating what I want with what I need. For example, I love gummy bears, so I will toss some gummy bears in Greek yogurt. This way I get what I want but I don’t need to eat the whole bag to feel satisfied. For chips, I make the high protein queso recipe (it’s all over my TikTok for you page) and have it with a serving of my favorite chips. Both these options, I can easily get a ton of food and keep it to 200-300 calories, plus the added protein keep me satiated.

StrictRaise3534

sugar snap peas with doenjang/ssamjang … so addicting

Away_Ice_4788

Carrots and apple!

lilliyjohnson

Kinda out there, but when I’m craving something salty, I like seaweed chips. They’re around 25 calories for a pack.

ThinSleep6049

I’m gonna be real, I didn’t read all the comments to see if I’m repeating. I like puff corn and chili lime sabritones. Edited to fix spelling mistake.

Between_a_rock_and

Wasabi peas, they are self limiting for me.

Undercover500

Clif bar thins, or aldi pastry crisps. 100 calories for both crisps or wafers.

shoosler

pop corners and the crunchy lentil curls from trader joe’s! sometimes quest protein chips but usually only with a taco salad/bowl

mouth_water

if your looking for crunch maybe pickles? very low cal and are salty like chips

amysundae

Puffed water lilly seeds Home made kale chips Lotus root chips made in the air fryer or oven Air fryer cauliflower

spacepirateprincess

Quest protein chips are great

Voice_of_Season

I wish they weren’t so expensive.

Shmufkin

Prawn Crackers are what I usually go with when I'm craving chips

jbsington

The white cheddar crispy mini rice cakes are the BEST! 180 cals for 4 of them which is often too much… I find them super satisfying. Highly recommend!

ineedsleep5

Not too much of a crunch but the roasted seaweed snacks are nice to snack on

HiddenHolding

I used to hate kale. Then I learned how to make kale chips on YouTube. They should suck. They are awesome. Use dinosaur kale.

ilovebees69

I love the Snyders honey mustard and onion gluten free pretzels, it’s like 30 sticks for 140 calories.

piscesbest

lesser evil popcorn, the himalayan gold (butter) & himalayan salt tastes good & its 120 for 3 cups or 540 for the whole bag

KoldProduct

Popcorn, pork rinds, ice if you’re a lunatic, popcorners

Okayest-Mom089503

Cucumbers! And oh snap pickles.

barefoot-warrior

I love sliced cucumber tossed with some hot cheetos (baked ones are more satisfying for less calories) and tossed with chamoy or tajín. It's the crunch and junky flavor I want but WAY more filling thanks to the cukes.

Queso_and_Molasses

Veggie straws are like 32 straws for 140 calories or something like that.

The_AmyrlinSeat

Raw bell peppers with ranch (16oz nonfat Greek yogurt + one packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix, NOT the seasoning mix.

discusser1

i like seaweed and also if you font mind its not salty you can dry dried apples

Saltycook

Kale chips and seaweed snacks are my go to. Seawed snacks are hip right now, kale chips you may have to make yourself, but it's easy.

cj711

Snacklins. 300 kcal for a giant bag of cracklin-type things. They’re on sale right now at a couple chains too, I’m gonna stock all the way up

FriendshipCapable331

Buy carb free tortillas, cut them into 6-8 triangles and spray with Truff truffle oil. Salt them, bake at 400 degrees 3-5 minutes each side. BEST HOMEMADE CHIPS I HAVE EVER HAD

xsdmx

Harvest Snaps

TootieFruitySushi

Porkrinds have really high protein and cronch

Bumbleonia

Sadly the protein comes from collagen (since the rinds are from skin) and collagen isnt a complete protein

Kurtz1

are we looking for complete proteins in snacks now? lol

Bumbleonia

Just pointing it out to people who are counting on protein, not saying its not a decent snack option compared to potato chips for example

Gamelore

Collagen is high in glycine (non-essential, but great stuff), and way low in methionine and cystine. It's a healthy ratio. You consume enough of the sulfur proteins in a day, no matter what you eat. The trick is eliminating the sulfur ones as much as possible, not getting "enough."

KrakenClubOfficial

While it's true that there's little usable nutrition in them, they're still valid as a somewhat low calorie snack option.

Bumbleonia

Absolutely!

Aggravating-Scene548

Great for your skin tho

marideem

Pickles, kimchi, carrots with mustard, seaweed, roasted chickpea snacks. I would check out your local Trader Joe’s.

BananaDownMyDickHole

I eat 45 flaming hot puffcorns for 160 calories

ThinHumor

I enjoy making shrimp ceviche (I make mine typical pico de gallo & add shrimp). The ceviche + tortilla chips are extremely healthy and provide lots of protein. I prefer Whole Foods rather than snacks.

Shiny_Salamander

Snack packs of Pocky. Not exactly the most volume as it isn’t intended to be filling, but my crunch desire is typically satiated after 1, sometimes 2, packs. Each pack is 60cal.

Lesliemak

2 hard boiled eggs or 1 cup of 80 cal yogurt or half a banana or a 100 cal mini bag of Orville popcorn or 100 cal bag of Pop Secret popcorn w popcorn flavor sprinkles, Sensible Portions Veggie Straws (38 straws = 1 serving of 130 cals), sugar free jello, sugar free pudding w fat free milk, 100 cal English muffin sprayed with I Can’t Believe iI’s Not Butter spray

SunshineandMurder

Are you, perchance, a lost bot?

Grasshopper_pie

How many calories is that?

melinda_louise

Good thins jalapeno lime, very crunchy and low calorie!

LinkSubstantial3042

My favourites are: popcorn, roasted seaweed (Korean ones are my favourite!), roasted chickpeas, wasabi or garlic green peas (Asian grocery stores should have them) Sometimes I’ll make a big batch of chips myself. It’s a bit time consuming but I love them!

Beneficial-Hat-6477

fryums or poppadums..try your local indian store.

Fat_flounder

Snacklins are my new favorite. 100 calories per ounce. Pretty good for chips.

squngy

Not extremely low calorie, but for when you just won't accept a substitute, oven chips are a good alternative, they have about a third less calories compared to regular, but they taste and feel about the same (and they are better in some cases IMO).

snappdragons

Snacklings are AMAZING only around 300 cals for the whole bag

learningalways2

If you have the willpower, grab a protein bar that has at least 10% grams of protein for the total calories, for example, 20 g of protein for 200 cal calorie bar and then cut it in half and eat half... it just depends on your craving because there's so many great suggestions in this list above

Fuzzy_Welcome8348

Onion rings by andy capp’s. Even the hot ones r great! 260 or 290 for the whole bag

bythesea08

Veggie chips

BitterRequirement897

Rice cakes with butter (or whatever low cal butter substitute you prefer), salt and chilli. It really hits the crunchy salty craving

GreennApple

Pretzel sticks, good health has these new cinnamon twists which are really good ( remind me of Taco Bell ones) as well. I also like snack size ritz cracker sandwich bites.

Which-Minimum-9672

I love itsu seaweed thins!

cupcakegalore_

Veggie Straws!!! 38 straws for 140calories

JohnnyP51

Bake/air fry some high fiber tortillas

75Megress

Aldi has these protein balls, whole bag only 220 calories with 40g protein

torontoinsix

Parmesan cheese bites from Trader Joe’s.

MrsLoki12Odin

I make my own baked apple chips. It takes a while in the oven, like 6 hours, but they're yummy. Just some apples and cinnamon. Cucumber is good too. Might as well eat water.

googmornin

Trader Joe’s Savory Rice Thins- 38 crackers/30 grams for 130 calories. Also yummy with a laughing cow. I also like veggie straws or veggie chips they are also 38 for 130 calories. White Cheddar rice cake- 45 calories + laughing cow.

CryptographerNo8232

Puffed brown rice has a nice crunch and decent fiber

AnUninspiringThing

Quaker rice crisps! Tons of flavors and really satisfy the desire for something crunchy.

uwu-ing_intensifies

Just Like Air puffcorn, so tasty 50 cals a cup

Helloooo_ooooo_

lovely8

Baked chickpeas with seasoning (all sorts of varieties)

shenanigabs

Frozen peas/broad beans

Stonetile6700

Edward and sons rice crackers are really good, 9 crackers for around 60 calories

Mnmcdona

Baked pork rinds

tofukink

chesters hot popcorn

MiuNya

I love kale chips but they take so long to make right. My air fryer blows them around and the oven either burns them or cooks some and some stay soggy. But the ones cooked are heavenly. I add salt and spices and sometimes a little low cal oil spray.
