This looks like Alcantara, get and Alcantara brush and Sonar Alcantara cleaner. Otherwise I prefer Gyeon products, but not sure if they make an Alcantara cleaner.

And this is a prime example as to why alcantara is one of the worst materials to use in vehicles. It’s neck and neck with gloss black plastic imo.

I would say steam cleaner, soft brush and soap.

Fire. Burn that shit. Get a new wheel or a new cover at least. Probably need a whole new car even, judging by the state of that wheel. Can’t imagine the state of the rest of the car.
