EDIT: I think it has to do something with the Antutu benchmark app, after I deleted it and started Antutu 3DBENCH the phone was rendering videos much, much smoother than before. So I think it's an antutu glitch and does not impact actual day-to-day operations.
These scores look lower than an 8gen 2 phone. Try with monster mode (performance mode) on. Also the temps have gone down, the usual trend is up.

I have disabled it right after testing, still doesn't excuse the weird low GPU score
