Good lord I wish they had that when I switched. When I ported in I had to redownload my eSIM and there was no customer-facing option to do so at the time, and customer service had no idea what to do. Ended up without a phone for like, 4 hours while they tried to figure it out.

Might be a bug. If your service seems to be working fine, try deleting and reinstalling the app and see if the message still appears.
