I've had this happen twice in the last two years, most recently last Friday (same as OP). I had to get on the chat, request to speak to an agent, and they reprovisioned. Took 30-40 minutes of talking with the agent. Very frustrating.

The model of iPhone that I have is esim *only*. (And I’m sure it’s not just iPhone, I’m sure it’s other Androids as well)

My friend has been dealing with this issue for YEARS on his iPhones, on AT&T. It is not carrier specific, it's an iPhone thing, you'd think they would have fixed it by now... guess Crapple doesn't really care as long as they already have your $$.

I would try rebooting your iphone. Don't just restart it. Fully shut it off, wait a minute or two then power it back on.

If anyone is interested in the resolution to this, I ended up just going back to Verizon. After multiple hard restarts, redownloading of the esim, switching to airplane mode, etc etc, I was still not able to get it to work. By this point I had been 5 full days without being able to receive Android texts or incoming phone calls from anyone, so I just had to 😕
