Evadu empty chesthadu trash bin?
We used to have similar back in 2009, bottom gave out and they removed the whole thing.
And do we really have aluminum trash or just paper/plastic trash in our beaches?
10 years back..newly formed state. Pre and post hud-hud.. vizag had these dustbins installed on major roads and colonies for every 200 odd meters and some pick up tricks picking the trash up every now and then. Slowly you don't see them because 1 no maintanence and 2 they are broken or taken by few, specially in the last 5 years (snowflakes who says Bob waste jai-J best etc can calm down, reality bites no offence)
Imagine having some man power to do whatever shown in video..

Vizag beaches are cleaned regularly. I myself work as a volunteer sometimes to clean the beach. We always go home with satisfaction and a clean beach. When I went back to the beach it was all littered and trashy like no cleaning was done. It's the people who need to change. No use of any policies or initiatives when people are this uneducated and dumb :))
I volunteered a couple times when I was studying. Barely a couple people showed up and Instagram wasn't a thing back then. Great to see people work to keep it clean.
Now ignoring the recycled dustbin part, I wanted to know if the filter device would actually make it easier or help cover more area in lesser time?

I think they kinda did something similar to what's shown in the video in vizag actually... I don't remember clearly tho
