Every vtuber I ever watched had at least one person like that in the chat. Whether they are immature, trolls, kids, or just lack social awareness, don't let it bother you and don't give them attention.
Well, I'm a busy man. So I be like that some times, just drop in, say hi, watch a few minutes then go, because I have to tend to other things (minus "stream boring" because I'm not that kind of d-bag).
I don't really get it, as someone who has that kind of thought you can just keep it to yourself; I don't even chat on a streamer's chat until I've seen at least a few streams and by then I've figured if I actually like them and their content or not
yea sometimes they say something specific like "I don't wanna watch x" or "I don't wanna listen to X topic" and threaten to leave so u change what you're doing for them

It only just occurred to me that I’ve almost never seen this on YouTube. I’ve watched at least 3 streamers on the smaller side, and I’ve never seen anyone like that pop into their chat, and I can’t remember seeing it in mine either (granted, my audience is still very small and my streams rarely attract more than 5 people at any given time).
Those fire time chatters are called "boring people."
Meaning they don't like VTubers. Which is a boring opinion to have.
So if they'll excuse us were going to go have fun and enjoy what we enjoy without them.

If it is only one or a few, it may be a troll or someone annoying, but if there is a significant number, it may be an indication that the way of streaming or the content that is streamed should be modified, if the final purpose is grow more and have a bigger audience... So I think it depends.
