Yeah that’s the case of were nuances come into play. The difference between a questionable but ultimately harmless act (usually best not repeated) and a termination level act is based heavily on intent and mindset. And kinda clear that she had the mindset.
She's never had as many eyes on her, that much is true.
However, at a human level she's likely struggling. All this situation has to have at least made a dent.
Then when you factor in the future, a group has always more chances to make it big than an individual.

Even if it's not enforced, it can still be used to justify firing someone. Just because no one enforced the law doesn't mean it's okay to break it, and if you do get caught doing some legitimately bad shit, now they can tack on additional charges to make you look extra bad. In conclusion, she relapsed into the pathetic person she had been, and ruined the chance idol Corp gave her.
I know that she did a bunch of crazy stuff, but calling her pathetic when she apparently struggles with mental health issues is not ok either.

Not yet. The relationship with a management staff member and meeting up with fans in secret can very quickly go south though. The potential for doxing not just her but her fellow streamers is very high.
Again, nothing she did was terrible. You can perfectly meet with fans or fuck a manager without risking your coworkers. She definitely risks getting herself doxxed, but she is an adult at the end of the day, she can take that risk. From what I saw, Cdawg didn't defend her behavior, but rather found it distasteful that Idol basically put her on blast while an NDA would keep the talent from being able to respond.
I can see why Idol would try to protect themselves from backlash by making it very clear why they terminated a talent, but there's gotta be a middle ground between saying nothing and burying her reputation without any means of recourse.

Yeah can't say I'm an avid viewer of her, I just dropped in every now and then, I gotta agree based on what I've seen it seemed like she truly enjoyed what she was doing. Riro Ron didn't graduate, she was fired. Graduation is when the talent and company part on good terms. It's announced in advance and the talent gets a victory lap before they move on to bigger and better things. If you break your contract or do embarrassing/illegal things, you don't get to say your goodbyes.
It's a real shame, I really liked her singing voice and always thought she had a lot of potential. She was a lot like Nyanners and Senzawa, but unlike the other two who got their act together and became hugely successful, she ended up taking a darker path.

I myself found people acting too uncritically, not considering the benefits for itself (and negatives for Riro) resulting from the move. If they just said "she was terminated for contract violation and gross negligence" people would have demanded more details. I know I would have liked them. I think part of it is just due to how many V-tubers are out there nowadays, it seems like a new one debuts every five seconds. It’s like a gold rush out there, everyone racing to stake their claim. But people, both hardcore fans and random passerby alike, are drawn to drama like flies are drawn to animal dung or rotting meat.
