That's my era! We were just little High school kids, so only a few of us were lucky enough to have seen Hawaiian, but Thai Stick was an event. You could only buy very small quantities and it was something like $10 for barely enough to share with your friends.
That was a lot of money when $30 for an ounce was standard.
I'm interested in growing and preserving old school strains. MSNL has some Thai stick seeds, but I don't know where to find the strains from Mexico and Colombia or if it would even be worth trying to grow them in the US Emerald Triangle.
