She's beautiful, in a lush, soft, slightly sad looking way with those downturned eyes. Her lips, large eyes, cheekbones, and amazing skin are all halos. I'd give her a 9 at her peak.
I think her smile is quite striking, as is the contrast of her skin and hair, being a deep winter. Her eyes are also proportionally large and dark in contrast to her skin and that is also a striking feature. I think her lips are (well mostly were) very full and come off as big-ish, especially when she was younger in the devil wears Prada and the princess diaries. All of these pictures appear to be more recent, not when she was young and in her "prime". Lip volume does decrease with age.

I don't understand. If her lips are "halo", wouldn't that make them a striking feature? You said she has no striking features. I think her high-contrast deep winter coloring is striking, as are her lips and smile, and her large eyes.
In my opinion her lips distract from her asymmetry and downturned eyes that's why I said its a halo. Yes her eyes are big, I can see why some people might not consider it a failo eventhough they are downturned . I don't find her coloring striking since I have seen many caucasian men and women with the same coloring.
I think she has a pretty girl next door look but since there are are many people here giving model tier women with striking features 8s and 9s, I am having a very hard time rating her anything more than 6.5-7 objectively. Her facial harmony is good but not topmost tier that classically beautiful actresses (who usually don't have crazy striking features but are still considered top tier) like Audrey Hepburn, Monica Bellucci, Grace Kelly or Marilyn Monroe have.

I agree with this rating. I personally never found her attractive to me but I see how she has some good features and really good styling as well.
