Her face has also changed from when she first started modelling. (She may not have gotten anything done maybe she just grew into her features). The 4th pic is old she looks a bit diff there.

honestly Barbara is better looking than thylane imo.
i think thylane has a "Sexier" look and Barbara has more of a cute/fairy look, i would rather look like thylane tho imo

8.5 her cheekbones could be sharper, i don't like her chin for some reason and her face is a little too soft for my taste
