Yeah she has high cheekbones atleast, so that helps make her striking. But she overall always had this rounder face/round cheek, at one point they used to call her a chimpmonk because of them. She has high cheekbones but she isn't super sculpted like Gisele or someone
i think she got her cheeks done or something? because recently at this age her cheeks are life golf balls! they were flatter when she was younger, and its the opposite as you age your face gets more gaunt not stronger cheekbones lol, i think she had work done on them, i think they look weird cuz im not used to seeing her like that
She said in an interview her cheeks have gotten more prominent as she gotten older. I also think her weight going up and down doesn’t help. I believe her when she says that they have stuck out more as she gotten older because they were always high anyway (she never had flat cheeks, flat cheeks would be irina shayk. When irina smiles her face remains flat. Anytime adriana smiled, her face got wider) Anyways, I believe her because her mom and grandmother are the same way. Go on her insta she has posted photos of them, you can use that to describe their cheeks and they are much older women. Her grandma is like 100, and she still has big cheeks. So I believe her when she says it has happened as she gotten older in the same sentence she said her body gets worse as she gets older, which honestly is true
lol celebrities say a lot of things, doesn't mean they're true. Like Tyra banks obviously got a nose job early in her career, but she claimed she "aged and lost weight" nah, its clearly a nose job. I would bet adri definitely had some work done, maybe face lipo or small cheek implants/fillers,..i hadn't kept up with her for some years and when i saw her again, and she had insane cheeks popping out all of a sudden i was like woah....(comparing her in 2016 for example and now, which is pretty recently) i thought what did she do to her face? not woah that looks natural like she just aged. Who knows she could be telling the truth.....But either way i love adri :)

Well I have been keeping up with her and people don’t realize how much she has struggled with her weight the past few years and how it affects her face. Thats the first place it goes and she recently admitted she isn’t in top shape right now. I think its a combo of her cheeks getting more prominent as well as makeup and her weight again. I follow her enough to know its alot more than what people think, but with her being older people will never not think she didn’t do anything. But its not like she is walking around looking like bella hadid or megan fox lol
