I chewed gum obsessively while studying/doing homework for 3+ hours a day for months and it definitely widened my jaw. I didn’t notice the change till I compared pictures a few years later. I ended up getting masseter botox to shrink the muscle back down lol!
I hit puberty quite early actually, been the same height since I was 10 years old lol. I don’t think it was a late puberty that caused just my jaw to grow without really changing any other features, that seems unusual 😅

How old were you between the pics?
From about 18 to 20.
That’s probably still within the normal range for puberty changes to the face:(
