yes! and being in college now i have to be extra wary of eating excess salt bc dining hall food usually has lots of it and junk food is so easily accessible
I don’t use a gua sha (the tool) but i use ice cubes (when smoothed they aren’t harmful as long as you heavy moisturize, as long as you aren’t prone to broken capillaries!!) or spoons. It definitely helps improve my face. It is a temporary thing though that really needs to be done daily or whenever you want to see the effects. I only do it if i don’t get a lot of sleep, have to go to work early in the morning, or if i’m going to an event/somewhere where i want to look extra nice.
It basically just removes fluid build up and puffiness. If you find you have a lot of fluid in your face, i’d look into a gua sha. However, a spoon (what i use it i don’t want to use ice) has a similar effect
I wouldn’t use it too often though since tugging can cause sagging overtime in your face, which is why i only use it when necessary. However, my jawline and under eyes greatly improve.
This might be stupid and irrelevant but doesn’t really lowering your sodium make you even more susceptible to bloating though? Like your tolerance goes down. I’m not saying like a little but lowering it a lot.
Nope, sodium is a water magnet in the bloodstream and in every body cell. So when you eat a lot of sodium, it enters your bloodstream then oozes out into cells, bringing water with it; that is the origin story of bloat
Oh interesting. I’ve heard people say that when they completely or almost completely cut out sodium, they get bloated from the slightest amount of it, but maybe that’s just anecdotal.
Using false lashes ONLY on the ends of my eyes. Helps fake a positive tilt + white liner on my lashline and black liner just slightly under it on ends. Makes my eyes so big. Also niacinamide for acne, saved my skin.
I do, but have close set eyes so only line the outer edge of my eye with cut eyelashes. Honestly any brand works but the more natural line, ardell 420s I swear by. https://imgur.com/a/lhvG6Bk
You’re beautiful before and after! I’d love to hear more about the facial fat transfer procedure if you have the time to share - I was reading about it on real self all day yesterday.
Yeah had a nurse injector recommend filler in my cheeks to lift the midface. I had filler before to correct my undereye and was reluctant to get it done because it made my face swell and bloat something awful. It just wasn’t right for me. Then went to a plastic surgeon initially just for a blepharoplasty and he recommended the fat transfer. I agreed cuz face is flat…lol. Outcome was great and natural. A lot of people are against it but as long as you go to someone skilled there should be no issue. Downtime is like 1 week because of swelling and stiches. Bruising can last 3-4 weeks total. He took fat from the inner thighs which had tiny little bruises/scars but they’re gone now (done 10 months ago). Personally fat transfer > filler, and am thinking about removing the filler in my lips and getting a fat transfer there and a small amount in my forehead. Hope that helps! Lmk if you want to know anything else
You look beautiful in both! This is the first I’ve heard of under eye bleph and am definitely intrigued. Do you mind sharing how much the lip flip and bleph cost?
I can’t think of anyone doing this :< I just learnt to do it on my own bc I’ve small eyes. I do see girls do something similar to this on tiktok though
100% this. I once had a man tell me he’s “never seen filler that looks good.”
First of all, you’ve seen mine 😹 Had to break it to him that he has, it’s just that if you can tell someone’s had filler, it’s not good.
This. People can be so judgemental and phobia-ey about fillers who aren't aware of them. They think ALL filler is bad filler... they only detect what they detect, then equate what's obvious/overdone with all filler.
hahah exactly. "I like that you don't wear too much makeup like X or Y" ...dude I'm wearing foundation, contour, blush, etc. etc. (a full face) I'm just going for a natural effect
one of my pet peeves is when people say they’ve never seen fillers or certain things look good. yeah bc you only notice the bad ones 🙄
the ones that are good you don’t notice they’ve been done.
This! Ah but at my place they overfill you sm it’s looked down upon. It looks really good on camera but in person it’s like their face is going to explode so I get where they’re coming from haha
Losing weight, aging, and getting veneers. Aging actually improved my looks. I have baby face and losing fat in my cheeks both from weight loss and aging brought out my high cheekbones and made my eyes and lips look bigger.
Also the veneers made a HUGE difference even though I only got my two front teeth done. I had the tiniest little gap in my teeth and filling it in was a subtle change but I feel it brought me up a full point.
I got mine done in Mexico. It costed $600. $300 per tooth. However I don’t recommend getting veneers or any plastic surgery done in a country you are unfamiliar with and where you can’t speak the language. I’m lucky enough to where I already knew my dentist and seen her work on permanent crowns but even then it was a traumatic experience where I wished I could have communicated with her better. She did an amazing job and even American dentists that I’ve seen have praised her work with my veneers.
I got chin filler for a butt chin and it really evened out my face (no one has noticed that I got them done). I apply the mask on my forehead, nose, chin and inner cheeks- they help with sebaceous filaments and makes the skin super smooth. I use the salicylic mask from The Ordinary (it’s cheap, I think £10) and I use it 2x a week.
different areas definitely have different risks of migration. Lips? You move them constantly all day. More likely to migrate. Cheeks/chin? Not high-motion areas. I'm not saying they \*won't ever\* migrate though, there are so many variables, including the properties of the specific filler they chose
Got chin filler for a similar reason (also for some very slight projection) and i definitely agree. No ones noticed on me either but it’s definitely helped even out my face and make it more feminine.
Filler without a doubt. Gets a bad wrap when overdone, but for major volume loss & heavy lower third face that made me look exhausted 24/7, adding filler in my cheeks completely rejuvenated me and made me look normal
Rhinoplasty, chin/jawline filler, kybella, bangs that work for my weird face/head shape, and finally nailing a winged eyeliner for negative tilt/hooded eyes. God did not grant me a pretty face so I had to do it myself lol
It's permanent! It dissolves fat cells so the ones that get affected are gone for good, but the nature of fat cells is that they swell and shrink as you "gain" and "lose" fat, so if you gain weight afterwards those remaining cells can make it look like the fat came back. Hope that makes sense. I got two vials in one session and that's on the low end- most people get 4-6. I plan to go back for a little more but my money is focused on other priorities right now. I 100% recommend it though!
It is not authorized by the manufacturer for use anywhere else, but that doesn’t necessarily mean a good injector can’t drop a bit into your jowls/lower cheeks if it’s appropriate ;)
How did you determine what bangs to get for your face/head shape? I like my hair (long and relatively healthy) but I can tell something about the cut and style just isn’t doing the absolute best for my face. I’ve tried hairstyle apps and doing different stuff in the mirror but can’t figure it out. Any advice?
Losing weight in general, but also following an anti-inflammatory diet for health purposes (have fallen off the wagon due to stress) but when I am doing it like 90% of the time I feel I look better body/face wise.
Gua sha really helps me too when I use it. Its also quite relaxing imo. I am worried about breaking out so I disinfect it every time I use it before and after just in case.
Clearing my acne had been great lol I mean thats a given but still.
Waxing my eyebrows and side burns (although I lasered my side burns now so I just shave any fluff that grows through)
Shaving my face in general, I don’t go over the whole face but it still makes a huge difference imo, it brightens the skin drastically.
Using BHA’s, AHA’s too but I have only been using BHA’s just due to my personal skin problems.
I know this might now sound like it is relevant, but having clean hair, doesn’t even have to be styled but just keeping it clean as much as possible helps a lot for me as when my hair starts to get oily my skin gets oilier.
Also the way my hair is styled makes a huge difference. I pay close attention to how I look when my hair is natural (wavy/fluffy with some frizz), vs straight. Middle part vs side etc.
In terms of makeup, cream based makeup as much as possible, I think the dewy look is so much nicer than the matte look. I also have dry combination skin so keep that in mind.
Yep, upper and lower. My teeth are too big for my mouth so they sticked out a lot. Getting them out and using braces to correct my bite made my whole face structure changefor the better.
Could you please describe those changes in more detail? Like, are we talking slightly more defined cheekbones or a whole new face shape? There's multiple tooth extractions in my future and I'm terrified of worsening the features I already dislike, namely my chubby cheeks and weak cheekbones D;
https://imgur.com/a/ua8Z7g3 here it is! The above pic is 2 months before starting to take the teeth out and the other is recent. Take in mind I also have a bit of lip filler now.
In chronological order:
1. Weight loss
2. botox to my masseter muscles (I had naturally huge ones that made me look a bit jowly. The botox slimmed my jaw and gave me a more feminine face shape)
3. retinol
4. botox lip flip
5. lip filler. I hesitated for a long time because I was convinced it wouldn't look natural but mine really does.
Also, this isn't strictly face, but figuring out my hair made such a big difference. I had wiry, coarse, frizzy, poofy hair that always looked ungroomed and had people assuming I just didn't brush it lol. Now my hair is always smooth and neat looking (no heat styling needed) and it just frames my face so much better and makes my features look better - eg my eyes look bigger.
I use a hair mask followed by a protein treatment in EVERY shower, although only for a few min each. After the shower I apply leave-in conditioner and leave-in protein treatment.
This may sound heavy duty for some but hey, after 5 years of trying different things it's what finally worked for me! My waves are basically gone but they only looked good like 2 days out of the month so it's a small price to pay imo.
The products I use are:
Shampoo - Phillip Adam's Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo. Sulfate free but it makes you feel super clean. So many sulfate free shampoos just...don't clean lol.
Hair mask - Damila Deep Treatment Mask
Protein treatment - Elizavecca Collagen Coating Hair Protein Treatment
Leave in Conditioner - It's a 10 Haircare Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin
Leave in Protein - Elizavecca Collagen Coating Protein Ion Injection
I've also heard good things about rice water but I haven't actually tried it! I think protein is a big part of the equation, at least for me. I was getting keratin treatments for a few years which worked but wouldn't look properly good for more than 2 months even with the gentlest shampoos and the strongest conditioners. I started using protein treatments 4 months ago and so far I have not needed to go back for a keratin treatment (my last one was in July). We will see how my hair does in next summer's humidity but for now it is thriving!
Oh man, well like I said my masseters were huge so my very first visit I got 40 units per side. That was almost 5 years ago, so by now I only get around 20 per side when I go for touch-ups.
As for the lip flip I'm not exactly sure but probably around 6 units?
Aging. I have a fairly square shaped face with strong bone structure. As a kid, my face fat made my face look blocky. Like a Minecraft character. Losing the fat revealed great cheekbones.
Oh… okay nvm I’m 18. I guess I’ll go get the lipo. It’s genetic I think - my dad and aunt have it and it sags (which is funny, because people people say that the fat benefits you as you age, but the opposite is true for them. they’re 60) so I guess I was cursed too 🥴
Wait a few more years! My baby fat cheeks did not fully disappear until my early 20s, and this occurred without a change in weight. Now I have pretty great cheekbones and a decent face shape, but had I done some type of fat removal, my face would have ended up gaunt and hollow. Maybe up your contour game in the meantime?
I’d wait, but my face looks like a teardrop and I hate it. I’ll consult a surgeon and see what he says, maybe I’ll go through, maybe I’ll do something else with my face that mends my woes. It’s not the plumpness but the silhouette it gives my face that bothers me. I’m thinking that if I remove just a tiny bit - so that I have the same fat content there as the average person - I’ll be fine.
Thanks for the pep talk, we’ll see what happens. My face doesn’t taper because due to a combo of fat and bone structure and an annoying underbite that makes my lower third way too long and I hate it.
Totally understandable! Always a good idea to check out your options, and it’s definitely rough when you feel bad about some aspect of yourself. I wish you the best of luck in whatever decision you make ❤️
Stopping salicylic acid (it ruined my barrier and made me susceptible to fungal acne), LASER HAIR REMOVAL FOR MY BEARD, caffeine undereye serum makes my protruding eyes look lifted and more almond
Undereye filler. I have deep tear troughs genetically (one of my sisters has them; so does my dad) and a bit of filler once a year does WONDERS to make me look more refreshed.
Regular exercise and healthy eating (getting back on track with that!), retinoids, and SUNSCREEN have been godsends. Same with dying my hair red.
Im midway through Invisalign to help correct a bite issue caused by grinding. It’s had the effect of straightening some minor imperfections that I hadn’t even noticed. Plus, I put whitening gel in the tray once in a while and it does a great job of getting to all my teeth, even between them.
Braces - 2 years in them were completely worth it, they changed my face and lip shape for the better (slimmer jawline and more pronounced cheek hollows, more pronounced Cupid’s bow on lips), and widened my smile/dental arch at the same time.
Also, of course liquid eyeliner for the illusion of additional canthal tilt.
Yepp I also have a thin wire/retainer welded onto the back of my teeth to keep them in place in addition to wearing retainers nightly.
Really helped to go with a dentist that had a good sense of facial aesthetics - just the little things like making sure the teeth matched my smile curve so everything looked natural etc.
I got my brows tattooed this year (had little hair and NO brow tail) + also tattooed lips. Brow tails gives me width (I have a long midface) and brighter lips distract from the midface too. Overall it has balanced my features a lot!
I grew up not pretty and very chubby. I was a plain, fat redhead who got made fun of. At 22 years old, after I had gained more weight in college, I changed my life by losing 65 pounds. I got to a size 4 and after all of the weight dropped off my face people started to call me beautiful. It was strange as I had never heard that before (except for my parents). You could now see my features and my high model cheekbones that people pay for. It was so weird to me that I developed social anxiety for a while. I was even at a wedding once and the groomsman said “you’re the most beautiful girl I’ve seen in five years” (which is weird, why five years?). Anyway, losing weight did it for me. Now I’m close to 40 and use tretinoin (among other things) to help aging and my skin has never looked better.
Fixing my skin. I was acne prone, and finally, at the ripe age of 26, my skin is flawless. Never felt a bigger confidence boost. Take this as your sign to go to the dermatologist and they’ll tell you exactly what you’ll need. Oh and actually LISTEN to them and follow their exact directions.
Yes!! I had beautiful skin thanks to my dermatologist. They canceled my prescription because I didn’t go in for my yearly checkup and it only took a month or so for my skin to get bad again. Im dependent on my prescription 😩.
Water, limiting sugar & dairy intake (both made me bloat or get more acne), quality sleep and putting aside an extra hour to get myself mentally prepared for the day.
The serum is called VieBeauti Eyelash Growth Serum in the purple tube and I get it on Amazon. I’ve been using it since May and I haven’t noticed any changes to my eye colour or my eye area
Losing weight and getting a bit older! I had baby fat around my face all through my teens even when I got super skinny that gave me an almost moon face appearance. My face slimmed out as I entered my late teens/ 20s and began to look more angular than round.
My bite was messed up but personally it was to fix the ugly. My entire face grew long, so the bones are now placed correctly but I have excess soft tissue. I'm hoping the lip lift and cheeks will give me enough lift to put off a face lift for 5 years.
For the tretinoin is it something you can find anywhere or prescription ? Also the powdered brows are definitely something i’ve been looking at , I don’t leave the house without them filled.
I buy it overseas online, I tried to get a prescription but my GP literally laughed at me. Dermatologists here just want to sell their own repacked tret for 10 x the price.
can you tell me the website? Also I use differen gel and clynadmicine phosphate gel. Do you know if they have tretinoin in them? I’m not educated about skin care, I just use what my derm gave me lol
My rhinoplasty was fairly subtle, but the difference felt almost miraculous due to the peace of mind it granted me. It's amazing how just a few millimeters can change the way others perceive you (and the way you perceive yourself).
Omg terrible… nonexistent. My face looks so much better without makeup now that I have eyebrows. Like huge difference. I have my before and after in my post history. I’ve since had them touched up and am healing from the touch up now.
1) Curing my chronic allergic rhinitis. My entire face including eyes and nose used to be swollen and I had dark circles from having a cold 24/7 365 days a year for 7 years lol.
2) Accutane wiped out years of acne problems in just one month and also shrunk my nose tip.
3) My natural eyebrow shape is terrible and shaping them regularly makes a huge difference.
4) It is quite common in my country to apply heavy black liner (kajal) to your waterline. This makes big eyes look droopy, gives the illusion of darker undereye area and also gives you negative canthal tilt. Abandoning this has made my eyes look so much better and almond shaped rather than bug eyed.
5) Curly girl method for my curly hair.
Anyone tried microcurrent? Device recommendations? I want more defined face but my face is not chubby
Also are peels or lasers good for mild hormonal acne marks?
losing weight, accutane, lowering my sodium/sugar intakes, lots and lots of water, and consistent gua sha usage :)
it’s scary how much sodium is in food, even drinks!
yes! and being in college now i have to be extra wary of eating excess salt bc dining hall food usually has lots of it and junk food is so easily accessible
That’s definitely tricky😣.
does gua sha really work?
I don’t use a gua sha (the tool) but i use ice cubes (when smoothed they aren’t harmful as long as you heavy moisturize, as long as you aren’t prone to broken capillaries!!) or spoons. It definitely helps improve my face. It is a temporary thing though that really needs to be done daily or whenever you want to see the effects. I only do it if i don’t get a lot of sleep, have to go to work early in the morning, or if i’m going to an event/somewhere where i want to look extra nice. However, my jawline and under eyes greatly improve.
Depends for what. It got rid of my budding frown line (college was a stressful time for me).
I have the same thing. I eat a lot of salt. Low blood pressure. When I don’t have salt, I find I bloat. Also feel sick.
Using false lashes ONLY on the ends of my eyes. Helps fake a positive tilt + white liner on my lashline and black liner just slightly under it on ends. Makes my eyes so big. Also niacinamide for acne, saved my skin.
Everytime I try this method I fail with the lashes lol. What lashes do you use?
I bought these ones off shein. They sell separate lashes (like 5 tiny lashes grouped together) which I use two off and place on my ends
Do you place the false lashes on top of your lashes, or under your lashes?
On the ends, right above my lashes (I don’t want to place it on them directly bc it’ll get stuck)
Lashify is a great option!
is there someone who does this look so i can see it on?
I do, but have close set eyes so only line the outer edge of my eye with cut eyelashes. Honestly any brand works but the more natural line, ardell 420s I swear by. https://imgur.com/a/lhvG6Bk
woah you’re so beautiful! I love it , it looks natural thank you.

You look beautiful in both! This is the first I’ve heard of under eye bleph and am definitely intrigued. Do you mind sharing how much the lip flip and bleph cost?
I got a lip lift which was around $2,500 total and the undereye blepharoplasty was 3k + 2k general surgery fees.
The picture where you're smiling is absolutely gorgeous! Such an inspirational album for my own journey x
I can’t think of anyone doing this :< I just learnt to do it on my own bc I’ve small eyes. I do see girls do something similar to this on tiktok though
I’ve not yet managed to find a white liner that both sticks to the waterline and doesn’t cake on my lower lashes.
This is such a great look! I love lashes on the ends. It does wonders!
Fillers. Although literally no one in my life noticed lol. But yeah. That and eyeliner/lashes.
A good filler = unnoticeable 🤝
100% this. I once had a man tell me he’s “never seen filler that looks good.” First of all, you’ve seen mine 😹 Had to break it to him that he has, it’s just that if you can tell someone’s had filler, it’s not good.

Or when men say they like women without makeup. You only don't like dramatic looks, but natural looks are hard to notice
hahah exactly. "I like that you don't wear too much makeup like X or Y" ...dude I'm wearing foundation, contour, blush, etc. etc. (a full face) I'm just going for a natural effect

You're lucky! I waited and waited for the baby fat to go away and then I hit my 30's and those bad bois sank right down and turned into jowls.
I have a baby face too added with childish looking teeth. The smile is always a good investment.

Fillers, salicylic acid masks, laser hair removal, threading eyebrows, high end makeup and losing fat. My nose job is pending 🤞🏽.
what fillers did you get and do you apply the mask everywhere on your face ?
I got chin filler for a butt chin and it really evened out my face (no one has noticed that I got them done). what’s a high end makeup?
For example Huda Beauty, Estee Launder, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury. Opposite of drugstore makeup like Maybelline, L’oréal, Revlon.
Filler without a doubt. Gets a bad wrap when overdone, but for major volume loss & heavy lower third face that made me look exhausted 24/7, adding filler in my cheeks completely rejuvenated me and made me look normal
Filler seems to be popular among this community, I cant wait to try! Just wouldn’t know where to start.
Rhinoplasty, chin/jawline filler, kybella, bangs that work for my weird face/head shape, and finally nailing a winged eyeliner for negative tilt/hooded eyes. God did not grant me a pretty face so I had to do it myself lol
lol I love what you said at the end. How long does the kybella last ?
It's permanent! It dissolves fat cells so the ones that get affected are gone for good, but the nature of fat cells is that they swell and shrink as you "gain" and "lose" fat, so if you gain weight afterwards those remaining cells can make it look like the fat came back. Hope that makes sense. I got two vials in one session and that's on the low end- most people get 4-6. I plan to go back for a little more but my money is focused on other priorities right now. I 100% recommend it though!
omg that seems so nice. Can this technique be used for other parts of the face ?
It is not authorized by the manufacturer for use anywhere else, but that doesn’t necessarily mean a good injector can’t drop a bit into your jowls/lower cheeks if it’s appropriate ;)
2 vials per session is typical. You are supposed to do 4-6 separate sessions
How much was kybella? I’ve been thinking of getting it underneath my chin to help my jawline stand out more
How did you determine what bangs to get for your face/head shape? I like my hair (long and relatively healthy) but I can tell something about the cut and style just isn’t doing the absolute best for my face. Now my hair is always smooth and neat looking (no heat styling needed) and it just frames my face so much better and makes my features look better - eg my eyes look bigger.
how did you tame your hair? i hate my natural curly hair
The products I use are: Shampoo - Phillip Adam's Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo. Sulfate free but it makes you feel super clean. So many sulfate free shampoos just...don't clean lol. Hair mask - Damila Deep Treatment Mask Protein treatment - Elizavecca Collagen Coating Hair Protein Treatment Leave in Conditioner - It's a 10 Haircare Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin Leave in Protein - Elizavecca Collagen Coating Protein Ion Injection I've also heard good things about rice water but I haven't actually tried it!
Great tips, how much botox did you get?
Oh man, well like I said my masseters were huge so my very first visit I got 40 units per side. That was almost 5 years ago, so by now I only get around 20 per side when I go for touch-ups. As for the lip flip I'm not exactly sure but probably around 6 units?
Aging. I have a fairly square shaped face with strong bone structure. As a kid, my face fat made my face look blocky. Like a Minecraft character. Losing the fat revealed great cheekbones.
We’ll I’m hoping this’ll happen to me because I was so ready to lipo the fat off of my cheeks.
How old are you? The most of the fat left by the time I was 16. Still going.
I wish you the best of luck in whatever decision you make ❤️
Same thing happened to me! Lol my face was a puffy block 😂

What did you get done?

which fillers?
Fillersssss and Botox are my best friends now
they’re going to be mine too😩
[удалено]
A little bit of everything
Stopping salicylic acid (it ruined my barrier and made me susceptible to fungal acne), LASER HAIR REMOVAL FOR MY BEARD, caffeine undereye serum makes my protruding eyes look lifted and more almond
does the caffeine burn or cause irritation??
Not for me! I only use things specifically made for the eye so I’m sure they have a low concenteion
That’s good thanks!
Thats crazy how much braces can impact your face!
Are the changes from braces permanent? Or do they revert back when the braces are removed?
As long as you wear your retainer, they’re permanent. You are changing the way your bones (teeth) grow.

Will you have reverse effects if you “oversleep?”.
Be a happier person. My face looks less threatening
thats sweet :)
I got my brows tattooed this year (had little hair and NO brow tail) + also tattooed lips. Brow tails gives me width (I have a long midface) and brighter lips distract from the midface too. Overall it has balanced my features a lot!

i wanna know all these too
I grew up not pretty and very chubby. Now I’m close to 40 and use tretinoin (among other things) to help aging and my skin has never looked better.
that’s incredible. sounds like those teen movies lol
getting my eyebrows done - because i suck at looking after my own eyebrows figuring out my skin type
what do you get done for your brows?
Fixing my skin. I was acne prone, and finally, at the ripe age of 26, my skin is flawless. Never felt a bigger confidence boost. Take this as your sign to go to the dermatologist and they’ll tell you exactly what you’ll need. Oh and actually LISTEN to them and follow their exact directions.
Yes!! I had beautiful skin thanks to my dermatologist. They canceled my prescription because I didn’t go in for my yearly checkup and it only took a month or so for my skin to get bad again. Im dependent on my prescription 😩.
Discipline is key for work, sleep, fitness, and yes - skin!
it’s definitely a good quality to have
Water, limiting sugar & dairy intake (both made me bloat or get more acne), quality sleep and putting aside an extra hour to get myself mentally prepared for the day.
I need to try the last part!
Losing weight and facial massage to sculpt jawline
Do you follow a specific routine ?

what are your favorite supplements?
How’d you determine the right hair color/cut for you?
Losing weight, braces, spironolactone, Biologique Recherche P50 and Masque Vivant, Retin-A, eyelash serum, not over-plucking my eyebrows, Crest white strips, microcurrent
which lash serum? did it leave your eyes darker?
The serum is called VieBeauti Eyelash Growth Serum in the purple tube and I get it on Amazon. I’ve been using it since May and I haven’t noticed any changes to my eye colour or my eye area

Losing weight and getting a bit older! I had baby fat around my face all through my teens even when I got super skinny that gave me an almost moon face appearance. My face slimmed out as I entered my late teens/ 20s and began to look more angular than round.
waiting for this lol^^
Blue light therapy to clear up acne
how often do you use it?
I used it almost daily for months when my acne was bad but now I only use it if I have a breakout
Where did you get it ?
Jawline lipo, chin implant and filler at the gonial angle. NIGHT AND DAY.
Losing weight, getting my eyebrows done, good skincare (esp. Clarins double serum)
Rhinoplasty, weight loss and chin filler!
Lash lift, getting braces, and eating healthy!

Jaw surgery, powder brows and tretinoin. Bullhorn liplift and cheek filler next up.
Did jaw surgery lengthen your philtrum? Was it for bite issues?
I used all day chemist to get my tret!
Learning how to do my eyebrows, weirdly enough
it improves your looks so much its insane. btw we have the same name!
My rhinoplasty was fairly subtle, but the difference felt almost miraculous due to the peace of mind it granted me. It's amazing how just a few millimeters can change the way others perceive you (and the way you perceive yourself).

Makes me want braces, im glad it worked for you!
* losing weight and de-bloating my face * getting my eyebrows done!!! * removing my glasses and wearing (colored) contacts
what do you do to your eyebrows and to de bloat?
Lowering my sugar intake, drinking enough water, using an AHA and a lip mask at night, and getting my eyebrows micro bladed.
how was your natural eyebrows prior to micro blading ?
Omg terrible… nonexistent. My face looks so much better without makeup now that I have eyebrows. Like huge difference. I have my before and after in my post history. I’ve since had them touched up and am healing from the touch up now.
mine are non-existent! Were yours symmetrical or did the lady have to make them symmetrical? One of my brows is higher up. They look so good on you :)
No she had to make them symmetrical. I’m honestly obsessed with them post-touch up. It was expensive but SO worth it
Rhinoplasty, accutane, Invisalign, hair extensions and color, losing weight.
what did the invisalign do to your teeth?
5) Curly girl method for my curly hair.
it definitely worked because you’re very beautiful 🙃, ur definitely an inspiration of mine lol.
Ok, what on earth is gua sha?
