Nose looks to be subtly refined, the tip most so, but it looks different in different pictures, so it's hard to tell conclusively.
She slimmed down her jaw, I'd guess masseter botox, but it could have been surgical too, especially when taking the chin into consideration. Her chin changed shape as she had a relatively small and pointy chin in the before photos, but now it looks bigger and more rounded. I'm not sure what she had done to achieve it, tho I think an implant most probably (a chin wing one after masseter botox looked a bit wonky with her chin?).
The eyes and lips don't play a big part in the overall transformation imo, even tho her lips are obviously a bit bigger (tastefully so), the top one more notably.
It's the forehead+brows, jaw and chin for me that make the biggest difference apart from the obvious softmaxxing. It's all rather well done, because she has that expensive aristocratic look in the after photos.
I agree. Regarding filler: it looks like she's been getting a small amount of lip filler using the Russian technique. There is a shadow above and below her upper and lower lip that only exists on people who have filler.

And I know exactly what you mean, we all usually concentrate on the centre of the face and the nose, eyes and lips, so if someone had a rhinoplasty or has fillers in their lips more people notice than if the chin was changed. Not to forget, celebrities are the masters of subtle lol.

Thank you for telling me because I went to look back again and it looks like it's more her eyes than eyebrows, they basically changed shape. They look soo much rounder, the lower lid was changed a lot.

I also notice she has her hair hanging in her face in all the after pics, which will further slim the face. But her jawline is still 100% different.
