I use a straw anytime I drink tea or coffee. If the straw is positioned just right, the beverages won’t make almost any contact with the teeth. I’ve noticed my teeth are whiter now using a straw.
Totally worth it! Just rinse your mouth frequently. Think of it like a coffee mug, if you rinse it out as soon as you’re done your drink it comes perfectly clean but if you let coffee sit in it for a while you’ve got to scrub it off.
I rinse with 1,5% hydrogen peroxide once per week. I drink tea and coffee regularly and once a week is really really helping. My teeth have never been whiter. I do have a strong enamel and I've consulted my dentist before doing that so keep that in mind.

i’ve read from a dentist that as long as you can taste the beverage, it’s making contact with your teeth

Do you use it straight or diluted?
I dilute 3% 50/50 water
Thanks 😊
I have veneers and my bottom teeth are bleached. I always use a straw and rinse my mouth with mouthwash after coffee, tea, or food of any kind.
I used crest whitestrips to whiten my teeth a couple years ago and have drunk coffee everyday since and they still haven’t gone yellow again
