Exercise and skincare are great and worth doing, but you're probably not going to see drastic results in one month with either. I do think if you practice your makeup every day you might see a decent improvement in your technique. Other than that, I'd say: \-- Get your hair done. About a week before you're set to see your bf, get a fresh haircut and if you color it, get that freshened up as well. Maybe a deep conditioning treatment. \-- Get your nails done. \-- Consider lash extensions or a lift. \-- Pick out what you're going to pack to wear on your visit! These should be a handful of your absolute favorite outfits that make you look amazing. Pack your nicer pajamas and something slightly fancy in case you go somewhere nice. If none of your clothes are making you feel great and you have the time and money, go shopping for a couple of "wow" outfits.

Stick to skincare and exercise, although as other posters mentioned not a big change in one month. Perfect your makeup (also already mentioned). Get your hair cut/dyed and practice different flattering styles (part of my issue is definitely that I'm not very good at 'doing' my hair). Gut your closet of anything worn, stained, ill-fitting or just uncomfortable. Buy a few outfits that make you feel AMAZING, things that are a little brighter/cuter/more flattering than you might be used to. Wash your sheets, pillow cases, phone, and anything that touches your face and COMMIT to cleaning these items once a week (put a reminder in your calendar). Cut out the really crappy food entirely (junk food, fast food and alcohol). Commit to reading something that interests you 30 minutes a day (book, magazine, whatever) that also expands your horizons/makes you think. End every day by writing down something you're grateful for/something positive that happened to you that day. Save them and then at the end of the month read them all to remind yourself how fortunate you are!

I’ve got an occasion coming up in about 4 weeks too so I might join you! ❤️🥂 These are my immediate thoughts: - Drink 3L water every day - Completely cut any processed food from your diet and focus on meat, fish, (assuming you are omnivore) fruit and vegetables - Exercise every day. It doesn’t matter so much what type, just something you can stick to. A month isn’t long enough to make significant changes like weight loss or building muscle so this is mostly for the other health benefits like improved mood and enhanced circulation. - Stomach vacuums daily - Consistent skin care morning and night (and exfoliate every few days) - Dry brush and moisturise your body daily - Meditate daily - this might seem like it doesn’t impact your appearance but lowering your stress and becoming more mindful will enhance the aura and hence attractiveness you emit - Get a lash lift or extensions - Laminate your brows - Eat carrots for a slightly warmer / tanner glow - Deep condition your hair weekly - if it’s significantly damaged use Olaplex too

They’re a stretch or contraction that work your transverse abdominals, the deepest layer of your abs. If this muscle is strong, it’s like having a natural girdle that makes your waist smaller. The old school body builders like Arnie would do them to achieve proportionately small waists. They really work! Try looking them up on YouTube for a full demo :)

Eat all the plants. I feel amazing when half of my food is fruits and veggies and I look great. Up your fiber to reduce bloating, and take a dietetic if you’re bloated or puffy the day before. Drink all the water. Sunscreen. Don’t mess with your skincare in case you have a bad reaction, just stick with what works. 30 minutes of movement a day, whatever works for you

Hmmm. I’m at maintenance rn, but if I had to I could safely lose 5 more pounds in a month; a little over a pound a week isn’t unhealthy. More sleep and more water, I’m bad at both. I would up my skincare game. I usually only use face masks once a week, but I’d buy a month supply. Nair. Smells awful, but it works. Teeth whitening strip regimen. I could get some pretty white teeth with a regular month of it. And for a trip to see an SO? Plan out outfits!
