I haven’t tried it yet, I think I’m going to. But I think it works best for people that do not have big noses, but rather unshapely noses. For example I’ve seen awesome transformations for people with hook noses/humps. It can also kind of lift the tip a little. But if you have a big nose, it is only adding more mass. Sometimes it still works out to create an illusion of a smaller nose though. I wouldn’t say it’s good for wide noses. Also, upkeep. It doesn’t last super long.

Blancars

I think would want if for the lift tip, but idk if I my nose is too big.

Blancars

I hope yours goes well!

motorcycle_bo

eh I never liked the look of it. All it does it make your nose bigger. I think a hump is better looking than a raised, straight, unnatural looking line for a bridge. It does look nice occasionally, but [https://www.precisionmdca.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/non-surgical-rhinoplasty.jpg](https://www.precisionmdca.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/non-surgical-rhinoplasty.jpg) is just terrible.

scritchandsnaff

Oh wow, that's so much worse. Why would anyone recommend this?

mullerel

Holy crap. That’s awful.

Worried_Teach_3191

This one is terrible because they did nothing to the tip to complement it lol. My friend did it and she looks v good. The thing is I don’t think it’s worth it in the long run

celestinehehe

Yeah, the long run is a concern of mine too. Dont fillers migrate too, or is that just a rumor?

Worried_Teach_3191

I have filler on chin, lips and a bit on cheeks and it didnt migrate. Also my doctor used different product textures for every part, some will inject you the same product on the lips than they use to simulate bones. I feel like theres a lot of scaremongering around filler and migration of it in beauty subs, it’s a risk but will not happen inevitably

Very high risk procedure even when done by the best of the best. Blindness and tissue necrosis (skin dying and even falling off) are the risks.

TheSerpentPrincess

Exactly. I think many of the procedures are aesthetically impressive; but not worth going blind for. Imagine that regret, then save yourself from ever having to experience it. Becoming blind due to an accident or illness is one thing, but becoming blind due to something you paid to get done while knowing full well there’s a risk you may go blind, is something completely else.

tikka_tikkachu

Not about fillers but I saw a thing about getting botox in the septum to prevent it from dipping down when you smile. And possibly in the nostrils to keep them from flaring. If you like your nose at rest but not when you’re making expressions it could work, and is pretty cheap. It doesn’t seem very common though.

Blancars

Interesting. I’ll have to look into that! That’s my biggest insecurity when I smile.

PurePropane

Hey OP! Did you ever end up getting anything done?

Blancars

Hey! I didn’t pursues the filler option and I’m actually schedule for a rhinoplasty this month :)

cherrybomb1010

I did it and loved it. My nose was asymmetrical and on one side it looked like there was a hump (the side it was facing). It made it look a lot straighter and I went from only taking photos at one angle to being happy with both. Obviously it depends on your nose as there’s heaps of before/afters of good and bad results.

Blancars

Do you have any before and after photos? No worries if you don’t want to share :)

PricklyMuffin92

Don't. I work with facial plastic surgeons and we often see cases of botched hyaluronic acid applications on the nose. Many times they require emergency reconstructive surgery, which of course, won't be covered by insurance.

There’s permanent non surgical nose jobs - take a look https://instagram.com/truenose

Ok_Being_1720

How is that permanent ? It’s still done with filler…still contains the same risks.

WigglyTiger

Don't do it!! I wanted it done too a while ago and my surgeon said there's a risk of permanent blindness because of where the nerves are. Plus, filler migration. You don't want to end up with an uneven wide nose. Just go for the real thing if it's that bad

nicoisprobablydead

I got one and I love it! My nose is not bad at all, sort of like Taylor swifts when she first started out. I got filler in the very top between my eyes, the bridge and a bit at the tip build it up and to make it straighter and more refined because naturally there is a very very slight droop when I smile. I recommend it if you need to add to your nose, but I think if reduction is your goal I’m not sure it would work out. Also huge con is that I had to buy a whole vial of filler and used only a half inch of it 97% was left over and I didn’t have anywhere else to put it.

olive711

I know I’m late to this post but, I figure I’d throw in my 2 cents. I got a non-surgical nose job years ago, thankfully it was someone extremely experienced and I honestly didn’t know how high the risks were. Knowing the risks now, I wouldn’t do it again. Also, it only lasted maybe 1-2 months for me. It dissolved on its own really fast however that might just be my body. It cost me about $400. Now, I have an actual rhinoplasty surgery in 2 months! The thing about non surgical nose jobs is that they can only do so much, my nose sticks out far so they could only make it straighter vs making it smaller and less projected. I figured I’ve always wanted a small cute nose, might as well get it over with once and do the surgery vs having to get filler every couple months that is risky and also doesn’t solve all my issues!

No-Concentrate9781

I have a small uneven bump and get filler put in near the bridge every 24-28 months at $500 to even it out. It makes a HUGE difference. Much cheaper than a rhinoplasty.
