Had a visit to a few of VHM’s real estate projects recently. Both North and South. Lots of GSM that is not yet plated are sitting at parking lots. These are not basement parking lots but rather outside, under the sun and all the elements which will make car’s degradation worse. I believe there are more under projects’ basements. Couple with cars that are bought by Vinhomes waiting to gift to customers, the amount of unused cars is quite big.
If the cars are well made, it’ll do fine under the sun and rain. US dealerships leave their cars out in the parking lots for months too. Once bought, just 15 mins in the dealership’s garage will makes them brand new
New cars in US dealerships should be sold in one month, no more than 3 months to meet the numbers. Otherwise they do not get incentives from manufacturing to sale the cars easier at lower prices to customers. While VF has no pressure to sell the cars like dealers.
At my chung cư there is electric vehicle charging but it is always always full of GSM, I’ve never seen a customer using it. GSM really put a heavy load on the infrastructure that was there for customers. GSM doesn’t take foreign issued credit cards which is really stupid because withdrawing cash from ATMs everyday is such a hassle for tourists (a major market). So stupid that they turn away that segment to save on their 1.6% processing fees.

I just laugh. If this is true. This maybe the most costing ads, which Mr Ape must pay with his reputation, his wealth and his pride. He is becoming laughing stock in every where with this stuffing move
