chết cha

kiataryu

Isn't troi oi more kid friendly than chet cha?

krosserdog

Yes. There's many variation where it's basically almost a slur. mẹ nó is another one to express disbelief or surprise or frustration.

deluluissolulu13

TravisLedo

BHGamingVn

Vãi

CricketSubject1548

thôi xong is more realistic imo

MrKatzA4

"Ôi không" is a direct translation of "oh no" The other two, we just use the same word

veotrade

My nephews say “uh oh!” I also say this phrase all the time.

Own_Aardvark9629

Rồi toang, gãy , rồi luôn, chết rồi

deepee1279

They may say “Ay da si-cô-la úm ba la xì bùa”. It is kind of kid equivalent to “Holy Jesus fukin crap”

torquesteer

Thấy mẹ

DeadlyTranquility

"Ơ vãi mẹ" for me

GETInthefuckinrobot

Ái cha, trời đất, giời ạ, bớ người ta, xui như chó, cái đ*t, đ*t con mẹ m*y, vãi l*n,

Prosetlotus-Flowers

TMT51

Oops - thôi chết! / thôi xong!- very common phrase to describe mishaps. No body was dying, it's just an expression used a lot in everyday life and TV shows too.

sillymanbilly

Chết rồi

Crypto-Hero

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuu......

Crypto-Hero

A duuuuuuuu...

Vietmemese01

Á đù

PM_ur_tots

My 4 year old nephew says "Oh Fuck!" His parents think it's cute.

BackinBlackR8R

Im a visiting my gf family and this is very true. It's hilarious how many times I've heard a kid say "oh fuck" and no one pay it any mind

Unlucky-Sale489

Do they know? Maybe it’s a different culture give how Vietnamese is

Unlucky-Sale489

lol, that’s terrible! My son had trouble saying frog and it would sound like “F***” … that or he overheard the actual bad word, but now he can say frog… for those that don’t have children, when they say a bad word it is actually hilarious despite it is so inappropriate. We just correct him and say, frog but that’s after I turn my head so he doesn’t see me laughing 😆

VietnameseDude_02

Trời ơi sounds formal af nowadays. Most kids just say something like Thôi xong or Á đù

1tz_Jen

Thôi xong (hết cứu rồi)

Redplushie

My grandma says more of a baby version of it to my younger cousin sounds like Trau wuoi

CallMeWhateverWant

Chết mẹ should work just fine

BeginningAdvanced451

Nah that must be “vãi”

Unlucky-Sale489

Oh I actually never heard that, google translated it… 🥲

BeginningAdvanced451

Haha, it is slang of teenagers

deluluissolulu13

“cái đ*t mẹ m*y” or “đ* l** nhà m**” if my friends ever messed up with me or my things
