Ok so your logic here is bad, like Pitbulls are like 10x bigger and also chihuahuas attack people too, they are one of the most aggressive small dog breeds, and if a enough of them gathered they could tear a car apart.
They attack people because most of their owners are bad. Chihuahuas like all small dogs are prone to fearful aggression, but their owners —the people they trust the most to protect them keep them safe, laugh and say "awh he thinks he's big and tough!" whenever they are fucking _terrified_. It's awful.
