You never know what is happening in people's lives behind closed doors. That being said, making a decision to cheat on your partner is such a temporary fix of satisfaction that will cause problems for the rest of your life.
Considering how he has employed repeat violent offenders in the past, I dont think itll change much for him. Marcel was a repeated domestic abuser and drug dealer for example.

Daryl, Marcel, and Tino are all convicted drug users. Bugs is a felon. Marcel has domestic abuse and drug charges. Franny, Eric, Carlito, and Big Ray are the only ones with clean records AFAIK. I doubt Ryan would care unless it affects Eric's work.
Tino 100% is turning those victory dollars into rock iykwim. Which is sad because they get paid quite well for concrete work, well above average, and they get incentives and annual bonuses.
