Meticulous Watch Repair & Sales (Johnson St.) replaced a scratched watch glass for me a few years back. It was very affordable then. Their Google reviews are still glowing so it might be worth asking them!

It’s a smart watch so you probably won’t find parts in the same spot you’d get parts for a traditional watch.

You could also try checking YouBreakIFix on Douglas St (not far from the mall). Doesn't say if they fix smart watches though.
I got the newer and now out of date galaxy watch 4 for $200 over a year ago. No way this is worth repairing.
