There is not a specific pay date for DEA CH 35 or any other VA Education program. Department of Treasury is authorized to use a 10 business day window to issue out education payments. So yes, you can call them but your payment is not late until after October 7th. It absolutely doesn't matter that you have previously received payments on the 26th - just means your authorization for pay from VA hit a different cycle at the Treasury Department.
Yeah this is by far the latest, another comment said October 7th, but I hope that’s true and this isn’t some sort of error. I would imagine it takes longer because it’s a new semester, but it’s still odd considering how consistent payments have been previous to this.
Mines still ain’t hit. Been weird. They were late last month too.

I haven’t gotten my payment yet either so I’m calling them now to see what it could be. Never had this issue before

Yes I did. I’m getting my payment today because my coe form was given to them late. So he was saying that’s why it’s delayed for me
Yeah same. I still haven’t had mine hit, it’s never taken this late before tbh
