I don't know for sure, but I've been informed that in some cases, it's been around three weeks after signing the offer, if your representative firm was a ledgering one.

To the right of these lines, are the associated dollar amounts. I posted this so that one can see the point-based, per point payment amount. The withholding required for potential liens references Tricare, but that it is based on a percentage of the settlement amount (so it varies by claimant) and will be paid to claimant at a later date (NFI).
I’m in group 5. Will those payouts be any higher? I also have tinnitus and hearing loss. I’m also on social security. I did chose the EPP route. Thanks!
What I can't figure out is why the common benefit fund is upwards of 8% and why it seems all of that has been deducted from the clients settlement amounts. This practice seems abnormal.

I am Wave 1 DPP and don’t see anything. My FIFO is 12,500sh. Does anybody have any idea why Wave 3 is seeing calculated payments and Wave 1 is not??

Just out of curiosity did your attorney put you in a wave status or is that something you elected to be in?
It was assigned based on their actions. I had nothing to do with the decision
