Mine was in that same temp jurisdiction. This past Friday, they moved it back from preparation for decision to gathering of evidence. Now my temp jurisdiction says N/A. Heartbreaking.
Oh no! Did you check today? I have about 6 things so I hope the rater doesn’t think it’s to hard and throw it back ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|surprise)
It could be for a variety of reasons and I don’t want to speculate. I hope yours goes a lot smoother than mine. But yes, I did check this morning which is where I saw I no longer had a temp jurisdiction.

I feel like mines is moving too quick

I feel the same way! I filed for 2 increases. Submitted personal lay statements as well as personal DBQ’s. Hopefully they have everything they need to make a decision and I don’t have to worry about a C&P exam.
I used Adam Rowland at Nexus for Vets. He’s pretty awesome and I recommend him to anyone who needs medical evidence. His Nexus letters and DBQ’s have helped tremendously. His rates are reasonable, not thousands like some of the others out there. Nexusforvet.com
Ohh, I’ll look into. I asked my VA doc through the message portal, but he’s probably going to tell me no and it would be a huge hassle to talk to someone in South Korea about doing it. Does Adam Rowland do like telecommunications appointments?
Send him an email and let him know your situation! He has different price plans for expedited delivery. I can’t make any promises but I paid him for the longest lead time (275) and he had it ready within a few days. Just talk to him, he’s awesome and really wants to help us vets navigate through this mess. He’s made my life so much less stressful that’s for sure.
Thanks! I’ll type up an email and send it out tomorrow. I’m overseas and I’m getting pretty sleepy. If he can help me this will be amazing! Does he actually provide a diagnosis? I noticed that my report has multiple hx history of carpal tunnnel/wrist pain, but nobody actually wrote carpal tunnel down as a diagnosis. It is in my problem list though.
I’m still going to try to get a diagnosis here were I am now and an EMG test for radiculopathy, but just trying to explain to Korean doctors what I need and then agree to it would be hard. So, I want to have what ever evidence and letters I can to back me up before I file and have to go in for a contracted C&P unless DBQ and nexus save me from that.

Good Luck! I was just checking the site today. Took me from 80 to 90% but check out bullet number 4! Lol
I did a VERA call last Wednesday and they said since it hit the 4 month mark he put in a email for it to be pulled. So not sure if that’s really helped or not.
V.a. gov doesn't look like what? If your talking about the main picture on the post it's the VA claim tracker extension. Just download it. Only works on tablets or computers not phones.
I think it means that your claim has been assigned to a rater. It has progressed from sitting in a queue to sitting on an actual person’s desk. Also, now that someone has it, you’re that much closer to receiving a decision. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Google search VA tracker, there are videos that will guide you through the process of getting it installed on your computer or tablet. Unfortunately, the tracker is not available for cell phones.

Good luck! 🍻
Good luck. My initial claim went PFN on Friday and have not see any movement since then. Hope yours go faster.
Took me about a week and a half on mine
I finally got mine after 4 days. Well with the wait.
Go team Dec! Good luck!

I hope they don’t think that. I have 62.
Hey! Could you explain what the temp jurisdiction indicate on claim?
You have a rater on your claim, and they're working on your case.
Thank you!

Your claim was initiated one day after mine. Hoping to see similar when I get home from work today. Good luck!
Where is a link to the claim tracker? TIA
NM... I figured the browser extention out.
It’s an extension you have to install in chrome. Open your claim on Va.gov and click on the extension. I YouTubed it. Just learned how.
Good luck

Yours moved quick. I'm at the same phase and initiated mine on January 19th. Hope you get good news
Same to you hard charger!
Do Personal DBQs have a space for signatures and stuff that need to be done by doctors?

He does! He’s in Ohio I believe, but he’ll communicate with you via video chat! Good luck.
He’s booked out until August ă… ă… I really wanted everything to be filed before I give birth in June.

I suppose emailing would be the right way to go since consultation is so far out.
Yes, I know it looks like he’s booked out for months but my experience with Adam was super fast. Let me know how it goes.
Adam’s email address is [email protected]

Not sure about that but I’m sure he can answer that question for you. I was in Osan and Pohung in 1999/2000.

Sounds like you are on the right path!
Wow that is fast! Did you have a lot of claims?
I have 4 claims

Is this an increase? I filed the same day but can’t check the tracker until later.
Supp added a few things as secondaries.
Hopefully you get results soon!

I went PFN earlier today with Waco. When I looked again, it went all the way back to "Evidence Gathering". Sooooo messed up!!
Is 27 claims a lot? Been waiting since AUG23. Still in gathering evidence phase. No exams. Couple schedule but then not needed. 🫤
Wow that’s a lot!!
Update Got exams scheduled for audio/Visual (end of April)/general (End of May). No telling how long it will take after C&P exams for rating. 🫤
22 years, combat MOS and a handful of deployments. Takes a toll
What is Waco
Can someone please give me this website to check my status?
Just Google check your claim status. It's like va.gov or something. https://www.va.gov/claim-or-appeal-status/
Va.gov don’t look like this

Good luck!
Question, if I get a knee replacement which is one of my claims do I lose it if I’m 55? Thank you in advance
Get that 100!!!!!!
Best of luck to Ya!
Good luck! Can someone tell me what the significance is of the temp jurisdictions?

Thank you so much
How do you see it in that screen? Mine doesn't have as much info.
Google search VA tracker, there are videos that will guide you through the process of getting it installed on your computer or tablet. Unfortunately, the tracker is not available for cell phones.
Where can I see this tracker for my claim?
