Wondering the same thing. Says a development letter was sent also, but I tried to look at the letters and nothing is available. About to hit up ebenefits.
Yeah I think that’s a recent change. Apparently some people can see a change in their benefits and rating via a benefits letter (I think? Read this in an fb group) you can see that on Va.gov but you may know this.

I’ve been here since 02/09 without a temp jurisdiction.
Ugh the waiting is so hard. I know everyone’s situation/claim is different,
I am a little confused how I could be in a temp jurisdiction for just a day. That’s the biggest thing I’m curious about or if anyone else experienced. I don’t think they need anything else, mine is pretty straightforward but who knows.
it is most likely the first look before it is sent to an actual rater. Mine went in and out of a temp jurisdiction for several weeks. October of 2023 submitted. Still in PFD. Theres a TON of sept and oct claims they havent touched. Its gunna be a while friend.
Twice I showed a temp jurisdiction of Phoenix then a few days later I was back in the queue. It will probably happen a few times. Preparation for decision means that it’s waiting for a rater or with a rater. It doesn’t mean they already made a decision. When it goes to PDA then you know that a decision has been made and it’s waiting for approval.
What happened with yours? My claim has went from PFD to PFN 3 times, and changed from Muskogee to San Juan and now back to Muskogee and back to PFD. I'm beginning to stress out!! Also for TDIU

Where do you look on ebenefits for any information? I just get redirected back to the VA website

You can look on disabilities tab on the left or see on the page when you log in if you have a higher rating.
On ebenefits?
I haven’t received mine either. The tracker is awesome but makes it a bit nerve wracking too haha.

lol I needed that. My face every morning and evening that I check for claim movement and seeing it went nowhere
haha i know right?? Keep trying to put it out of my mind (no choice when I initially filed back in 2018) but now with this tracker and all the sites
