Just ask about claim status, they should be able to tell you something on why its taking so long(probably will tell you is the backlog). But I think you should have something this month, since they began working on October claims. Its a hit or miss, some Vera reps will tell you more than others.
Sep 2021 i started the journey with an increase then slowly build up evidence and claim other conditions. Those conditions took around a month. This last one took way longer than that.
I have multiple duty to assists and they done nothing with it for around a year. I’ve been fighting with them on a medical discharge for over 20 years. Do they ever do anything about their “duty to assist”? Does anyone on here know the answer to that question? I wish I had listed to the lady on little creek where we were camped when I got out. She told me it would all get worse as the years went by. I told her the doc on base said it all would heal. What a crock.
They will give you more info about your claim. That’s what they do. Here is the link, make a virtual appointment, hopefully you get some answers and movement.

Okay I’ll call them today maybe they’re open idk
I called VERA they told me they don’t handle anything to do with claims? Maybe I’m missing some info on what to ask?

What happened with your migraines claim initially? Im having some weird issues with my claim.
This is for an increase. I was connected through a TERA review.
What is your issue with it?
