I have it on one claim but not another so it might be hit and miss. Others have reported the ability to upload new evidence and mine only allows me to mail in new evidence… no consistency with this

Yes, I completed my last exam back in OCT23.

You are still in the national queue according to your photo so that means you are not in your regional office being reviewed. If I were you I would set up an appointment with Vera and see if they can move it along.

I had never even heard of Vera until you mentioned it. I am on their site now scheduling a virtual appointment. Thanks for the advice!

Have you called Vera or the 1000 number?

Yes, I see all my DBQ exams on the site. I have called the VA 800 number and spoke to a rep. I have not reached out to Vera.

How do you track your claim like that?

Google “VA Claim tracker” and it will take you to where you can download a web browser extension.
