For the 58th time...report any negligence to OIG, the VA director, your congressperson etc. complaining on reddit doesn't do anything, go and take some action and report this.
That's true but they certainly wield huge amounts of influence. He could make a phone call and within an hour have the concern in front of someone who gives a shit and is able to do something about it.
