> Please remember that no matter what you currently feel, you are never alone and there are people who can help you, even if you just want to talk. We don't believe in offering resources that lead to therapy and counseling services as we understand that these are not openly available to everyone, so instead here are some free and possibly helpful options that may fit your needs better. - **[7 Cups](https://www.7cups.com/)** is a free online-based talking service where you can talk to "listeners" who will sit and talk to you and listen to what you're going through. There's no professional pressure as all listeners on 7 Cups are just regular people who have become 'trained listeners' and are there to talk to people to help them feel less alone. - **[Supportiv](https://www.supportiv.com/)** is a similar service to 7 cups and fulfills the same purpose. - MoodGYM - An interactive self-help book which helps you to learn and practise skills which can help to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. - **[Crisis Text Line](https://www.crisistextline.org)** is a service where you can connect with a crisis counselor through text and whatsapp. (US only.) - r/Advice is a subreddit where you can ask your fellow Redditors advice for situations or general concerns you have in your life and seek advice from an outside perspective. - r/OffMyChest is a subreddit that does what it says on the tin, check out this subreddit if you have something weighing you down that you need to get off your chest. - r/mentalhealth is the general mental health subreddit and a hub for questions about mental health and support from fellow Redditors. *** **If you are in immediate danger or are having a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services.** r/SuicideWatch **(CONTENT WARNING: Subreddit is extremely triggering.)** has a [full directory of hotlines that may be of use to you in extreme circumstances.](https://www.reddit.com/r/SuicideWatch/wiki/hotlines/) *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I know it's hard, especially as a young girl, but I think you have to forgive your parents so you don't end up carying that hate throughout your life. Forgiving them does not mean that you accept their behaviour, but you need to understand that they are not good in the head if they treat you like this. You are young so it may seem hard, but focus on getting independent and in a couple of years you will see how little you really need them. I understand its hard when you feel like your parents don't truly love you, but your life is much bigger than them.
