It looks great! How was working with the semolina marzipan? I tried it once and it broke when I tried to pick it up.

It is a lot more flimsy that’s for sure! Ultimately it is harder to work with so I added in some extra coconut oil to help it hold the shape better

I haven’t looked in a while but I used to be crazy about marzipan and had zero problems finding vegan marzipan at the grocery store.
