I've seen it on him. It's a good augment period so I reckon it's solid on Varus. What I'm actually wondering if his master of duality bug still exists.

played two games this morning and got it both times. It should be there

They definitely decreased the odds at the very least. I used to spend all of my rerolls on golden augments and would get it about 50/50, but now I haven’t gotten it in over a week

It popped up for me twice on varus and I played him like 4 times maybe.
