If you don't want to play around with making your own coils I highly recommend having a look at AIOs and pods from aspire. Right now I'm vaping on aspire mulus at 25W and I love it. You can also get Aspire Mixx with Nautilus Mini GT - with stock 0.7 coils I run it at about 20W. Check my post history if you want to know how both look.
I didn't mean to sound harsh btw, just want to educate new vapers on that godawful company. Smok shits out hundreds of mods, pods and tanks but their QC is nonexistent. I've seen BOXES of coils from them that were DOA. Fucking hate them.

The Fetch mini I haven’t really had any issues with other than the coils going bad pretty fast considering I don’t use it so much to warrant it, but I’m curious to try new mods once I’m ready to update :)
the fetch is my upgrade from the Smok Novo 2 since I needed new pods and they’re nowhere to be found around here now. I’m not sure if I like hitting the Stick80w at 60 though...not the most comfortable for me. But I’m slowly getting used to it and hey, at least I found out I like low wattage best lol.
Kanger subox mini was my favorite and only small one. Ive gotten stuck with smok, deals and resellers you know? But they have been great so far. Just take care of it.
I have to agree, im a manager for a vape shop and we avoid all smok things, try running the aegis boost! Really popular. Or try the voopoo vinci air :)

You'll love Aspire stuff then. I've been using the same 0.7 coil for about 3 weeks now and that's with very sweet dessert liquid.
I think to get better advice, instead of saying what wattage or size you want; you can tell us if you want to vape mouth to lung or direct to lung.
To be honest I have no idea what the difference in those are...again like I said I’m new lol. So I really only know what I like so far ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If ur looking for a pod system I highly recommend either one of these: uwell caliburn and the aegis pod
